During my visit to the stow store I met with Andre. I decided to trade in my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra and get the s23 ultra. I was hesitant on trading in my phone in case there was an issue. I was assured I could get my trade in back if I needed 2. After leaving the store I realized I wasnāt receiving half of my texts. I called att to try to fix the issue. The issue was unable to be resolved and said I was returning the phone. I went back to the stow store again and met with Andre. I decided to get the iPhone 15 pro max and return the s23 . They informed me the money I paid for the first phone had to go back on my card even after I told them i new it would take 3to 5 days to get the money back which meant I would not be able to pay for the other phone. They refused to work with me and do it as cash so I could leave with a working phone (the store manager) I asked to return the s 23 and get my trade in back and again they refused stating they already sent the phones out after less then 2days later when we confirmed before trading in the phone would be kept at the store for 2 weeks before trading in. I returned the phone and left without a working phone. I got the money together for the iPhone and returned to the store at 7:40. At which point Trista and another gentleman told me they couldnāt sell me a phone because they were getting ready to close at 8pm. After I pointed out that was 20 minutes away and there was plenty of time to sell me the phone Trista sighed at me said fine and walked away to get the phone I asked for at which point the other gentleman proceeded to tell me they canāt sell me the phone if I am still there at 8pm. My mom spoke up said she works in sales and they have to stay until the last customer leaves. He said yea if the phone is sold by then. Trista then came out with the phone did not show it to me got in the system and told me she did not have time to activate the phone for me and I would have to activate it myself. She took my payment handed me the phone in the sealed box and rushed me out. Once I got home to activate the phone I realized she sold me the black iPhone 15 pro max when I asked for and thought I was paying for the blue phone. I activated the phone myself. They say I can bring phone in when it gets delivered to have the screen protectors put on. Associate puts it on with a few bubbles and does offer to put a completely new one on. I pointed out the packaging says the small bubbles disappear after about a day or two. So no need to open a new one and that if it doesn't correct itself then we can just come back. Puts my screen protector on as well, still with a few tiny bubbles. Today both phones had the complete side peeling off because they had incorrectly lines up the protector. I ended up using my third free one and installed myself, properly I might add. Go back this afternoon to trade out the wife's for a new one, shouldn't be a problem right? Explain that to the associate she takes the old box and her phone and pulls the protector off and then says where's the new one, I repeated that we were there to trade it out and they won't. Says it's a courtesy and to go through the screen protector to warranty. So likely out 130$ because of this. Do yourself a favor and install your own stuff.
