This store just hired a new guy who thinks he can slyly upsell you on products that will make him a bigger commission. But if you're dealing with Ryan or RJ, they're great.
A couple weeks ago I walked into this store and asked where the creatine was. The new guy walked me over to a shelf full of C4 and said, "We got your creatine and BCAAs right here." Bro, what? If I wanted preworkout, I'd ask for preworkout. I said, "No, I'm just looking for the generic GNC brand creatine." He walked me over to another shelf and said, "Oh, you mean this?" It was Beyond Raw Creatine HCL. Do you even lift? If I wanted to throw my money away I'd donate to the Clinton Foundation. Eventually I found what I was looking for (on a completely different shelf), but it turned out to be the fruit-punch-flavored creatine rather than the unflavored, and, to top it off, it was tampered with. I didn't return it because it turns out if you scoop it directly into your mouth it's delicious. I just don't like that this new guy tried to sell me on other products to make a commission (notice: It's not because he's inexperienced. My brother used to work at GNC and he knows which products make an associate...

As im sitting here more than 4 customers have come and gone the same as myself only to have to go elsewhere i understand fitness isnt exactly a priority but if your going to not be at the store when the opening hours are at least post times your sure you can operate.
