Been here a few times to play in events and usually have a great experience. Good selection of products and card singles at fair prices. Was rubbed the wrong way on today's visit, likely my last, when an employee who was also participating in separate event started audibly making fun of the game myself and 12 other people were there to play on a holiday Monday. For a turnout this size on a weekday holday, it seems to be one of the bigger games at the store and insulting the player base coming in and supporting the business...

I cannot speak more highly about this store's staff. I came in looking to get some Pokemon Cards for my son; he is just getting into the game. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, two of the staff members gifted him an entire stack of their own cards to get him started. His reaction and excitement was exactly why the TCG community is so wonderful, and it filled my heart that these complete strangers would be so generous! My son and I visited there on a whim to look for some Pokemon cards and the staff, especially Brian, were great. They shared their insights on the cards and offered my son some advice for collecting cards. They had a good selection of bulk, uncommon, and rare cards.
