Dumped the siren demon Starbucks and tried this local Tim Hortons spot. The website will not let me pay with any card, so I can't pre order for pick up at the drive thru, either time I visited. First time the lady had a heck of a time taking my order, there was so much repeating with her speaking over me, and they messed up my sister's coffee order. Second visit the website wouldn't take my card to allow clear pre order for pick up. Was even worse ordering with the new crew of sassy women. They messed up my coffee order, gave me three chocolate donuts instead of the three pumps of chocolate syrup I orderd in my coffee. Mixed nothing in the coffee as directed except the milk, gave me espresso on the side which I didn't ask for that way, omitted the sugar both times, and couldn't add the espresso to my coffee because it overflowed. Had to drive back because they had the coffee all wrong and had them remake it. It was still wrong! I just gave up at that point. I'll never be back. I'll make my own brew from home. The sausage biscuit was awful, like just bad, and that's hard to do with sausage and biscuits. I was afraid of cheap fake cheese and that's exactly what they're serving. For a coffee place not being able to take a coffee order, I can't wait until a better business moves in. I felt sorry for their empty lot and drive thru and figured they'd be able to serve earnestly. They can't get it right and I don't have time or money to waste. Coffee doesn't stand out at all, Starbucks tasted way better. They need to fix the glitch in their site so you don't have to speak to ESL employees who have a hard time taking clear orders and catch attitudes with you while they're making all...
Read moreBathroom has been out of order for weeks. This is New Jersey. Plumbers exist. Call a plumber and get this resolved. I'm sure someone would say "oh, delays... excuses..." But as a customer, I don't really care. Someone needs to take charge of this and get the bathroom fixed. Make calls, request help. Take responsibility and get it fixed. It's a bad experience for customers to have it broken for weeks on end.
Also: They locked the doors 90 minutes early because they said they are short staffed. But they left all of us current customers in here. So now people are coming to the door and finding it locked. But they see us in here. No signs on the door to explain. Just totally thoughtless bad customer service.
They have spent probably hundreds of thousands of dollars to build a beautiful restaurant, and they ruin it with basic bad customer service. Broken bathroom, locked doors. Read moreHi customers, On thurs april 3, 2025 around 7:50 pm drive thru i wanted chili, they were all out. I opted for chicken soup. OMG. I got home reheated soup it was warm. When i went to eat it was mainly all broth hardly no pasta shells. I found a piece of a sharp small chicken bone in the soup could hv cut my thoat wherevr they get soup from thats a problem and the soup was sitting too long. In am my stomach was in so much pain. I puked out yellow liquid 2x and spent most of my time in the bathrm and in bed. I was so scared. My friday was ruined. I was too weak to drive to doctors ir urgent care. Its sat i dont know what to eat the pains subsided i still feel tired i hv more business in bathrm to flush contiminates out. This is my lesson open yr product bag especially soup if it looks old or not right. Dont eat it. Decent wrkers will make a new batch of soup. They should not serve bottom of pot soup.
