A vibrant new addition to the local food scene has just arrived, and it’s already making a bold statement. This recently opened Indian street food restaurant offers a fresh, exciting take on beloved staples — and after one visit, it’s clear this spot has serious potential to become a go-to destination for food lovers craving authentic flavor and quality execution. The dosa is an immediate standout. Perfectly crisp along the edges with a soft, delicate center, it strikes an ideal balance in both texture and flavor. The masala filling is richly spiced and aromatic, soaking into the dosa just enough to elevate each bite without overwhelming it. Paired with a velvety coconut chutney and a deeply savory sambar, the dish delivers both comfort and complexity — a masterful start to the meal. The pav bhaji offers a deeply nostalgic experience, reminiscent of the iconic versions served at Swati Snacks in Mumbai. The bhaji is rich, buttery, and intensely flavorful, with layers of slow-cooked vegetables and spices coming together in a perfectly balanced medley. The accompanying pav is toasted to golden perfection, absorbing just enough butter to complement the bhaji without losing its structure. It's a dish that feels both familiar and elevated — a tribute to tradition with a refined touch. Equally impressive is the samosa chaat, a vibrant, multilayered dish that delivers on both taste and texture. The samosa provides a crisp, flaky base that holds up beautifully under generous layers of cooling yogurt, tangy tamarind chutney, herby green chutney, and a final crunch of sev. The interplay of sweet, spicy, creamy, and crispy components is executed with precision, resulting in a dish that is both playful and deeply satisfying. Despite being a new entrant, the restaurant already demonstrates a strong grasp of flavor, technique, and presentation. The menu is thoughtfully curated, paying homage to classic Indian street food while delivering a polished and inviting dining experience. Whether you’re well-versed in Indian cuisine or exploring it for the first time, this place offers a warm welcome — and plenty of reasons to return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sankalp and it was an unforgettable experience! The authenticity of the Indian flavors truly blew me away. We started with the Masala Papad, which was perfectly crispy and topped with a delightful mix of tangy onions, tomatoes, and spices. It was the perfect appetizer to set the tone for the meal. Next, I tried the Paneer Tiranga, and it was a showstopper! The presentation was beautiful, and the paneer was cooked to perfection—so soft and flavorful. The vibrant colors of the dish truly represented the richness of Indian cuisine. To top it all off, we indulged in the Triple Schezwan Rice. It was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. The combination of textures and the freshness of the vegetables made it the ideal accompaniment to our meal. The service was excellent, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for authentic Indian taste, Sankalp is a must-visit! I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!

This was first time we ordered from this restaurant. The food quantity is a joke for the price. It’s very expensive and there is hardly any decent quantity in each dish. We ordered bunch of things, same issue with each item. For e.g. we ordered Vada pav and it costs almost $10 and you only ONE Vada pav and it’s a small size as well. (See pic attached). Same issue with entire order. I tried talking to the owner and he didn’t seem to be bothered and kept saying he can’t do much about it as this is chain restaurant and the pricing and menu comes from the corporate. He can’t do much about it, not even seems to care about customer feedback and action needed to fix. I would never want to order from this place I unless they do something about the quantity.

This restaurant provides an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The menu features a diverse range of Indian and Indo-Chinese dishes, including popular street food like chaat and vada pav, all crafted with premium ingredients and packed with bold, delicious flavors. The cutlery and tableware reflect the richness of Indian culture with elegant silver pieces, perfectly complementing the chic décor and inviting ambiance. The space is spotless, and the staff are incredibly courteous, attentive, and professional. It’s an ideal destination for those craving fantastic food and impeccable service.

Final Thoughts: The perfect blend of exceptional food, stunning ambiance, and flawless service truly makes this place a hidden gem. During my first visit, we focused on South Indian dishes—the sambhar was outstanding, and the Schezwan dosa was absolutely mouthwatering. I can’t wait to return to try the sizzlers. I'm so excited to have a local spot for vegetable sizzlers, meaning I no longer have to wait for a trip to India...
