Headz Up — Local services in Streetsboro

Went to buy kratom at the shop today, and the person behind said I had to be 21… As a frequent user of kratom I normally buy my stuff online, but there was a specific product I needed that they didn’t have online. So I went in there, picked out my product, and went to pay. They asked for my ID and I handed to them, after looking at it they gave it back to me and said I had to be 21 to buy kratom. (I myself am 20) If you look at the back of any kratom products it says purchasers need to be 18+ to buy, or in Tennessee 21 years of age. As soon as your 18 you can by Kratom! I tried to show the employee the law, and he refused to look at it. I also had ordered kratom products online earlier that day and pulled up receipts to show him as well and again the employee refused to look at them. I even had a bottle of kratom in my car that I was going to go get, but the employee raised his voice and got rude. I really do not appreciate the disrespect, pride, and unwillingness to learn about the products he is selling. Would have given 1 star but the employee grudgingly offered to talk to his boss as I was walking out. I also didn’t want to ruin this shops ratings due to 1 ignorant employee. Hopefully this issue gets resolved all I wanted to do was get my kratom and give y’all another customer. I have doubts the employee will talk to his boss, but I’ll try to be hopeful. Edit: Went to VaporHouse smoke shop across the street and the man there sold it to me. I’m glad he was so helpful! I’ve also attached the product I was going to buy from y’all. Very disappointed...

I usually don’t write reviews but this is definitely needed. I went in to get a Christmas present for my father as well as to look for myself. The one person in there was immediately extremely rude to me showed me only three things and then walked to the checkout and just stared and waited for me to checkout. Quality products, a shop that has been around for a long time and isn’t just here to sell crappy cheap knock offs for a quick buck! I will always recommend this shop over others due to real, safe products instead of knock offs risking people’s health just to try and falsely “beat” the competition.
