I don't even know where to begin.. I called the Eagles club after our original venue fell thru and Angela told me that the date I needed was available. She helped me reserve it and I paid the $125 set up/clean up fee (reasonable, considering what a professional cleaner would charge). What blew me away was what I actually got for that fee! Angela has been in constant communication with me, answering all my questions, sending pictures, measurements, cheerfully answering every text I sent .. and there were a lot. The day that we came to set up the hall, I was greeted by Angela herself, who had clearly been working her tail off to get all the tables out and set up for us, cleaning and making sure the place looked great. She noticed some ink stains on the tables that showed thru our tablecloths and immediately went to scrubbing the ink off for us. She even helped us with some of our decorating! The Eagles should really advertise that the $125 fee is for set up/ tear down of tables & chairs, her services as event coordinator, professional cleaner, interior decorator and a whole lotta moral support for a stressed out mom trying to give her kids a good party.
