Citera Family Meat Market (formerly Gary's Meat Market) — Local services in Stroud Township

Google maps shows that I live 60 miles north of citera's in Wayne county. I have family local to the meat market in Reeder's and one of my Uncle's recommended them , at the time Gary's, to me. It was love at first sight. The meats etc. Are a cut above and the people that I've met, the service staff, are most willing and eager. I'm guilty of visiting my relatives for an excuse to visit and shop. I've never been disappointed over the several years I've been coming here. To be honest I didn't notice any difference when the turn over occurred. If anything, the place and people got better. I know this review is flattering to the point of 🐂. All the years we dined at Beseckers Diner and enjoyed those fresh, meaty pork chops and although the menu mentions "pork chops sourced at Gary's Meat Market", we didn't realize the meat market was right down the road. So instead of taking the usual way home, we headed down Chipperfield and stopped by to purchase some fresh meat. Great double smoked bacon, delmonico steaks, pork chops, chicken parts and enough meat for two weeks under $100. The folks who work behind the counter are swift, helpful and pleasant....
