Horrible service and lacks product at Palmer location. Around lunch time went for a drink and the one employee working there went on break. I have worked in the food industry, you simply don't go on break during peak business time. The next visit they said their ice machine was broken or they didn't have the product and could not make the lychee tea I wanted. Stroudsmall location.....SAME thing today!!!! I’m so happy there is a Hocaa boba shop in stroudsburg now. I used to go to the one in Bethlehem which is 45 minutes from me now it’s so convenient that it’s close by. Also Harry, the bobarista makes the best drinks. The matcha brûlée and iced dragonfruit with cheese foam are my favorites. I’m never disappointed when I get a drink.
