💥POCOLANDIA IS INSANE — IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE!!!💥
I don’t even know where to begin — this place is straight-up a kid’s dream and a parent’s secret weapon! You walk in and it’s like stepping into a whole new world: colors exploding, kids bouncing like they’ve had five espresso shots (without the crash), and the smiles — man, the smiles don’t stop.
I’ve been to A LOT of indoor play spaces, but Pocolandia? This place DESTROYS the competition. It’s cleaner than my kitchen, safer than my living room, and way more fun than anything I had as a kid. They don’t just throw some bounce houses in a room and call it a day — this place is a whole vibe. Slides that’ll make your kid scream with joy, obstacle courses that leave them sweaty and smiling, and space for toddlers and older kids without chaos.
The owner? Absolute gem. You can tell she pours her heart into it. She’s on-site, checking on things, making sure everyone’s having a blast. It’s personal, it’s local, and it feels like family.
I threw my kid’s party here and the other parents legit asked me, “HOW DID YOU FIND THIS PLACE??” Don’t sleep on it. This is where memories are made. 10 outta 5 stars. If your kid hasn’t been to Pocolandia, they’re missing out on core childhood...
Read moreWent to poconolandia or whatever today. Opens at 11:00 according to website. Went in at 11:45, nothing was blown up so naturally my 2 year old was upset. He’s two. He was crying and having a tantrum. So the “OWNER” was crouched behind the counter, had no clue I was standing. She started talking to her workers that I just need to “love my kid” “how hard is that?” “Ridiculous parenting” … I was really upset. I said excuse me what time do you open? She didn’t even realize I heard or anything. She said there was a party and we can come after 2:00. I wanted to say something to her, but was taken back and didn’t want to start an argument in front of my kids. I think 1. It’s very unprofessional to talk about potential customers that way and 2. You own a kid place, you should understand tantrums happen. Just not a great experience and I was hoping it would be a good place to go to for my son on...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience when my mother tried to bring her grandchildren to visit Pocolandia on Sunday March 16. The woman at the counter was rude and disrespectful. First she yelled at the kids for going to the area where there is merchandise… (dumb move cause usually kids end up buying something) Then, as my mother is finishing filling out the forms the 2 year old walks over to the baby section and the woman grabs his arm and yanks him out of the area and yells at the kids and says these kids don’t listen! How disrespectful could you be. The place was empty and now you see why!! Whoever is running this place needs to change their employees to be patient and kid friendly. Kids are kids and anxious when taken to “cool” places wanting to just play as quick as possible. And employees should NEVER put their hands...
