Will not be returning, just got home and will be going to sleep hungry thanks to this place. I got here at 8:20 and reserved online. After receiving a notification that our table was ready we entered just to be told it was an accident. Finally when it was time they sat me and my family with two small kids at a four person table cramped in-between two booth tables and put chairs on the end which I banged my knee into the table post because you're not supposed to sit at the end with my back against the people in the booth. We asked to be sat at a different table which they did after having us walk back to the front and wait again. We finally get put into a booth this time and our table had a dirty, used fork and two glasses from the previous patrons. The table was not even cleaned before sending us to that table. From 8:30 to only getting our food at about 10pm and the place closing at 11, we found our orders were wrong. My wife's order with my cousins that was the same exact order looked completely different. They both got chicken fingers or tenders 100% sure now at this point. One looked okay The other looked like the bits and pieces of batter deep fried and put on a plate. Then my country fried sirloin ended up being country fried chicken with a splash of gravy. To put it in perspective this thing was so overdried it started to shrivel upward like a bowl. I let the server know that the order was wrong and my wife's order and she didn't tell me I was right. s She seemed annoyed and then got the manager which also didn't agree with what I had to say saying that they weigh it but Crumbs versus a plum chicken you can tell by eye if they wear the same and even if they weighed the same you would never serve something like that that looks like crumbs. I've been here a few times but I'll tell you right now I'll never go back waiting from 8:20 to 10:00 for the entree and being sat at a dirty table after the first table they sat us at they put chairs at the end but you don't do something like that with people have kids and my back was against the booth where I didn't even have room to move and neither did the people at the other table that they had to get up and use the bathroom I was going to have to get up. I don't know what happened to this spot but I'll never go back unfortunately and I'm not going to recommend this spot to any of my clients because of this experience. I left a lot of stuff out because this was bad enough to make a terrible time for anyone besides not getting the silverware right away waiting forever to get drinks french fries being delivered after the food food being cold and again wrong order terrible quality and the staff nor the manager will agree they'll refund you your money but from a business standpoint somebody should be held accountable for the quality of food going out so problems at the back of the house in front of the house are possibly understaffed but if you're charging real money you should be getting real service...
Read moreUpdated review from a 4th and final bad experience. This place can be busy, but how we were treated is no excuse. We were escorted to a table that had soda all over the bench. My party of 4 was left standing in the middle of everything for 10 minutes before someone came. The person who cleans also cleaned the table next to us and we could see why such a mess. Crumbs and food are just swiped off the table onto the bench and chairs, drinks are just carelessly poured into his bucket splashing everywhere with no follow up cleaning. Our waitress Maya C. needs to stop acting like she's waiting on half the restaurant and actually listen to customers. Other waiters we're doing their jobs just fine, but everytime our waitress came, she would be in a rush to jump somewhere else, missing instructions and not paying attention to requests. She did this with 2 neighboring tables as well, all of us complaining to each other. I can understand French and ranch dressing being confused in a loud environment but when my wife was in the middle of asking for a new salad because the wrong dressing was spilled all over part of her salad, Maya was off and running. Appetizer comes, and no plates or utensils. It sits 10 minutes before she comes back, and still no dressing for a salad we still needed to asked to be replaced. Between that and a now cold appetizer, and yet another request cut short by her running off, we left. On the way out I speak to Zack the manager and clearly he is either new as a manager or someone owed him a favor because he is not confident or assertive enough to run a restaurant. He made no effort to salvage or accommodate a party walking out of his establishment. We left and went to Longhorn Steakhouse 10 minutes away. The place was just as busy. Our service was attentive, food was cooked to everyone's requested temperature on the first attempt, and after explaining our awful experience at TRH, our server had her manager come over who thanked us for giving them a try and gave us gift cards for a future visit. That's how you manage Zack, take notes. This was our 4th bad experience, where other visits you guys can't cook a steak to the right temperature, waiters take forever to follow up, or food comes out cold. This was our last visit to this place. And advice, make sure your waiters ASK if people want peanuts instead of just throwing bags on tables, we don't have any allergies, but other customers might and bags do open and peanut dust does spread onto the outside of these bags that your staff is just carelessly throwing around like...
Read moreYesterday 4/29 at around 9pm I went to this location to eat and was greeted by Akili she told me there was a 10 minute wait and my guest and I were okay with that and we sat in the waiting area. We were called to our table and as I was sitting, my foot slid on something under the table. I looked and saw macaroni that my foot slid on and burger buns and a fork on the right side, obviously the table has not been cleaned and I cannot sit and enjoy my meal in filth like that. I nicely asked Kyle for either another table or if someone can sweep and he looked under the table and said “oh my gosh yes let me get someone and see what I can do for you that's bad I'm so sorry.” So he comes back with Akili and she began to yell at me and say "you do realize it's me they have to come to right?" Then she says "you'll be okay, just kick it over, you don't eat with your feet do you?" And I tell her "Akili I cannot eat on my tippy toes all night to avoid this mess, can someone sweep it up please" Kyle began to graciously intervene and says it's okay he can sweep it up, Akili says no and tells me "how about I get a broom and you can sweep it up yourself." Akili then begins to lie and say there were no other tables available when there were multiple tables available and even one right next to ours. I ask her if we can move over to the one next to us instead and she says no because they will have to clean that table at the end of the night, I do tell her well our table hasn't even been cleaned and she says "so what, the top of it was" she began to say "fine just move over there" then rudely and sarcastically asks "is there anything wrong with this one" then leaves. Kyle did apologize and said he will treat us better than she was, but I was already disrespected in front of the whole restaurant and customers were staring the whole encounter of her yelling and I left because my guest and I were treated poorly by Akili. As a customer who has been to this location since its grand opening I have never been treated like this. My friends, family and myself will not be returning to this location after the filth and rude service I have encountered. I hope this establishment has audio/video surveillance just so you can see and hear how I was treated. I'm aware this ordeal is not up to your company's standards and you should be mindful of who you're making the face of your company, because if I was treated this way, imagine how many other customers had experienced...
