Worst experience I've had in a checkout line. I went to the store to purchase a large ticket item. I looked at what I wanted and went to purchase it. Along the way, I picked up a ball and carried it with me to the register. When I arrived, there was a small line with two employees at the registers. With only one person ahead of me a third employee opened a register and called out, "next in line..." at this point I had noticed the associate at the first register completed the transaction and having a conversation with thr customer. I knew I was next so I just waited. A few moments later the associate at the middle register completes the transaction and as the customer leaves so did the associate now leaving only two registers open. I was the only one in line and didn't understand why she didn't call me to pay; I remained patient, but still the associate at the first register carried on with his conversation. At this point another customer filed in behind me. When the associate and customer at the first register completed their chat and the customer began to walk away, I began to walk over but that associate came out from behind the counter and started to walk away. When I asked where he was going, he responded he was going to help a customer. I was confused and my patience had been depleted as two associates walked away and totally ignored the fact that I too was a customer next in line and ready to pay. When I said I just wanted to pay, the third and only associate still at a register seemed terse when telling me someone will be with me... I waited for a moment and decided to leave my items at the register and walk out. I guess I will just buy what u want online since these people showed complete disregard for a customer standing there and followed with contempt when I asked where they were going... pitiful since brick and mortar establishment want business but when it is right in front of them with money in hand they still manage to...
   Read moreWorst customer service experience ever! They claim they don’t charge your card till your order ships which is false. They charged my card before shipping the product. When I called to cancel the order they would not let me. Stated I only had a 30 minute grace period to cancel. When I told them I didn’t want my order to ship they explained they would try to help me out and call to have it stopped. They completely mocked me and I got a shipping confirmation 30 minutes later stating my order shipped. When I received product and returned to store they told me it would take 5-7 business days to get my money back. Spoke to me like I was crazy! Treated me horribly and did not listen. Would not recommend...
   Read moreI have a love/ hate relationship with this place. I love that it has an abundance of fitness gear and clothes. As well as sports gear, and clothes. However they rarely have what you need when you need it. But they do have a variety of things fitness and sports enthusiasts need. It could be the supply is shorter due to the pandemic so it's not all the stores fault. But I'm a happy girl after 3 weeks of patience I finally have my 25 lb weights! Now all I have to do is hit my fitness goal and buy my dream workout outfit from the (Calia) Carrie Underwood...
