Anthony's Ladies Apparel — Local services in Stuart

I have always liked the clothing at this Anthony's but I have never found the sales people to be very friendly. Today's experience was worse. I understand their covid concerns and policies. But when you see 4 clerks at counter and very few people in the store I can't understand why any shopper would have to wait 15 minutes before they could use the fitting room. The clerks definitely had enough time for one of them to sanitize the fitting rooms. They had plenty of time to chat. That being said, I left without buying anything. The one worker I did talk to was rude. In the time it took her to tell me that I could buy the clothes, take them home to try on and return if needed....she could have sanitized the fitting room. I wasn't the only one with this opinion. When I left the store another shopper started talking to me and expressed the same. She didn't purchase anything either. Lost sales for sure. Won't be...

I love the variety of Florida wear that this stores offers and have purchased a few hundred dollars worth in past years. I live in our home here 5 months during the summer and I tried last year, and this year to buy some items. I was never greeted when I entered, I was never asked if I needed assistance, even though I went from the swimsuits to the other side of the store looking! There were at least 4 clerks working and not one ever said a peep. It bothered me so much this time, after it happening last summer too, that I put my clothes back without even trying them on, and left the store. Someone really needs to work with this staff on customer...

I have shopped here three times when passing through town. I love the store, staff and design selection. BUT y’all do not carry any sizes larger than 16! I am a plus sized girl with money to spend along with millions of others my size. You are leaving money on the table by not selling those sizes. A chat with the buyer is in order unless you don’t want...
