I met Eddie Arguelles of Sailfish Realty towards the end of march. Im from New York and I was looking for a house in Port St Lucie. I found Eddie online, we exchanged emails, and talked on the phone numerous times. Right off the bat I knew I could trust him. He took the time to listen to my wants and needs. Eddie is a man that works tirelessly for you, and not just to make the sale. At the end of the he truly cares about his clients. You cant say that about many people, no matter the profession. When I finally got to Florida to look at homes, we accomplished our goal in one day. every house that we looked at met the criteria my family was looking for. I had so many questions through this process and at times im sure I was overbearing and a pain in the behind. That never stopped him from answering the phone for me or responding to an email. He was there for me every step of the way, and for that I am forever grateful. The same can be said about Lynn Case. There were times when id call lynn or Eddie 6 times within an hour. I was really pleased working with Spence Spencer to help us find a new home. He listened to our needs and spent many days with me and my family showing us the different neighborhoods in Palm City, Stuart, Jensen Beach, and Port St. Lucie.
