I’ve heard such amazing things about this place so wanted to try it out after having been to their sister location pan e vino many times. Well the service was good (we had about 4 people helping so that was nice) we did receive a mini size of the burratta peach appetizer they was great. But the main meals failed miserably. The waygu we ordered medium rare came rare with seared edges. Too rare. The frutia de mar was just not good. The muscles tasted microwaved and leathery, it had no flavor, too much pasta, not enough sauce, served on a plate not a bowl so you couldn’t even get any sauce if you wanted to. Calamari was huge like funyions. Not brothy or saucey. Bare minimum. Left a lot to be desired. Service was good but unorganized and when I explained concerns I could hear the staff talking about it from across the restaurant. Offered no explanation or recourse just a free dessert which we denied. Very disappointed. The sister restaurant pan e vino is great which we tried to book but the website was down and it looks like the name has changed already?!? We wanted to go there first but weren’t even sure if they were still open. We need some good fine dining in Stuart but this was not it.

I'm typically reluctant to try new restaurants until I hear some trustworthy positive reviews, but our other dinner plans didn't work out and Pepe & Sale was able to accommodate our desire to dine outside on short notice. We were fortunate to have the owner Eric as our server, due to their holiday party which disrupted the normal staffing. Despite the chaos, Eric was calm, attentive and pleasant, as was all of the other staff. The menu consists of traditional Italian dishes with an imaginative flair, using quality ingredients. The fresh flavors of the dishes we tried meshed and complimented each other so well. Overall it was one of the most wonderful dining experiences we've had in this area in a while. My advice to the management and employees of Pepe & Sale is that if you find yourself trying to cut corners on something, then you're probably making a mistake. Keep doing what you're doing (or strive to improve!), and you will certainly be successful for years to come.

What a great meal! Our family of 6 was able to get a reservation for Saturday night and they did not disappoint. My mother has come before for lunch and said we needed to experience it. Bread, appetizers, and all our meals were absolutely delicious. Started with carpaccio and bruschetta and both were flavorful and fresh! My wife and I ordered the daily special of spaghetti in a pistachio cream sauce and sausage and brought us back to Italy. Such depth of flavor, we were both very impressed. My fathers filet mignon was just as good if not better than some of the other steakhouse restaurants in the area. I honestly want to come back for that! Overall a great experience. The place was absolutely packed so I would recommend reservations, and it did get a bit warm so dress light. Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Something tells me this wont be their only offering in the area. Great night, will be back for sure!

To the OWNER! In response to your reply: Did you even read or understand what I wrote! I did not have a bad experience, had "HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"! If everyone had the same common sense that you have. " you chose to go out on the busiest day of the year". Guess what??? You would have no business that day nor any other busy day! The other unprofessional comment you made: "Most restaurants worth their salt would have been busy on S. Valentines day". Just like I am or was a patron of your two restaurants, I am at other restaurants as well. Why, would you need to respond in that manner? The restaurant we spent our Valentine's Day at happens to be an upsacle restaurant that we frequently dine at. Yes, they did accomodate without a reservation! Remember, I did have a reservation at your "restaurant".

As a business owner you should re- read some of the responses on how you reply to your reviews. Unfortunately for you, you do not have the skill set to communicate effectively to your customers.

Horrible experience!! Had a reservation for Valentine's day. I made online and called for my request. Owner said we do not look at the remarks when made online?? I did call as well and confirmed the day before that my reservation would be available. Went to the restaurant 15 minutes early and my table was not reserved and then I was offered another. I went to the car to get my family and entered again to find out my 2nd table was not available anymore. The OWNERS and staff were so OVERWHELMED. Not sure why, the restaurant is always busy. What an embarrassing experience. We drove 45 minutes with a baby to be turned away. We were fortunate that we were able to eat at another fine restaurant that night. They accommodated us without a reservation. Imagine that! The owners should re read there add for Valentine's Day and they will see that their commitment for a special day was not...

White tablecloth Italian restaurant sporting delicious entrées and a fine dining experience. Located off SE Ocean Blvd within walking distance of the Osceola strip and boardwalk. Seating was available inside with a few options outside along the sidewalk. If looking for a more intimate setting, I'd recommend sitting inside to avoid the bustle of SE Ocean and its sidewalk. Inside was tastfully decorated and the facilities were clean. Staff was very polite, accommodating, and were wearing masks for safety.

Our party ordered the branzino, lobster risotto, and the squid ink pasta (on special). The branzino was cooked perfectly but the lobster risotto struggled with flavor and the squid was very rubbery. Everything came out on time but we weren't checked on until well into the meal.

We chose to bring our own bottles of wine incurring a corkage fee for each. Upon arrival, staff happily chilled each bottle even before being seated. The wine menu is extensive but overpriced. I recommend bringing your own, especially if with a party.

Overall our experience was enjoyable. I would like to return to try some of the other menu items and potentially add the remaining star to the review. Being new in town isn't easy, especially during the covid crisis. I think Pepe & Sale will prove triumphant and become a staple of the Stuart...

If you're looking for an authentic Italian dining experience, look no further than this family-run restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted with warm, friendly smiles and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The menu is packed with classic Italian dishes prepared with love and care. Whether you're in the mood for pasta, seafood, or desserts, you won't be disappointed. The pasta dishes are cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of sauce and seasoning to bring out the flavors. The seafood dishes are simply divine, with succulent shrimp, clams, and mussels in a rich tomato sauce that will transport you straight to the Italian coast. The pistachio gelato and the crème brûlée are a must try! But it's not just the food that sets this restaurant apart. It's the service and atmosphere that truly make it a standout. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready with a smile and a recommendation for your meal. And the ambiance is warm and inviting, with soft lighting and charming decor that create a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Overall, this family-run Italian restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a memorable meal (and a glass of wine or two) with...
