I really do not ever write reviews. I am sorry to everyone. I know they are useful. But I am old and really really busy. However, I have been so impressed by the work of Splendid Design and the fact that their work has stood the test of time. They have stood by their work. We had our kitchen renovated a few years ago now. They were very kind and professional. It was truly a pleasure to work with the team from Splendid design. I could trust them to get a good job done correctly. They considered our aesthetic and applied it to a beautiful design. They really considered how we would use the space practically and planned it out in detail before the project even began. Our parents built a house around the same time and I saw them get stuck with unexpected pricing and they were not able to get supplies half way through the project. We however, had everything we needed for our kitchen bought and ready before demolition began. The team paid attention to every detail and when light switches didn’t look quite right, they recognized it (design is not my wheelhouse so I would not have recognized it) and replaced them with no questions asked. That was attention to detail! Since our project was completed, they have been able to help us replace cabinet doors after my children broke them. I am relieved to know that they still have our backs - even when my 3 boys cause the damage. I can’t say enough. Therefore I will add pictures so you can see their beautiful work for yourself. We absolutely loved working with Bianca and Jessica and the rest of the team. We started out by turning a game room/miscellaneous room into a new master suite and we were blown away by the quality of workmanship, how responsive they were, and both the design team and the work crew are just the nicest people you could ever work with. We had so much fun with them, and were so impressed with their work that we went ahead and remodeled the entire rest of the house - right down to the laundry room and the lanai! From a design and layout standpoint, they nailed the look and feel we were going for, and suggested colors and elements that worked with our existing furniture (which was only a few years old), so we didn't have to replace everything, which was awesome. Now everything feels so complete and finished. It is our absolute dream home, created by the dream team. My husband has renovated a number of homes himself, and he was really impressed with the "fit and finish" of the work as well. We keep finding more for them to do, because they are just so good. We are lucky enough to have just completed a kitchen and partial bathroom remodel using splendid home design, and to say that we were pleased beyond our expectations with the professionalism and quality is an understatement. Bianca and Jessica took us through their process, (TRUST the process) our needs and goals were considered and implemented into a gorgeous kitchen design that I still walk into and cannot believe its my own home. The bottom line came in a little higher than our budget allowed and Bianca went through it meticulously to get us to the right place. The crew were absolute professionals and we were entirely comfortable leaving our door code for their entry. The few items we noticed that needed attention were immediately addressed without question. Every aspect of this remodel ended up like a dream.
