My GF and I stopped in here because of the high google star rating which has never really failed me before. I can’t say that any longer and will carefully read the actual reviews from now on. I’m not sure how this place has a 4.6 rating but after reading the negative reviews they are 100% correct. We ordered, half rack of baby back ribs that came with brisket. Both were the most bland tasting thing I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. The ribs tasted like they had been boiled then thrown in the oven with little to no seasoning. The “brisket” tasted like it was cooked in a crockpot with no seasoning and the pulled pork tasted like it had been cooked in water with minimum seasoning. Collard greens lacked flavor and seasoning. The only thing that actually tasted like it was supposed to was the French fry’s. We sat at the bar and the waitress were really nice but I don’t understand how this place is still in business. I could understand if one thing wasn’t good but when you sample 3 different meats and a couple sides and none are good, that’s not a one of problem. Will never waste my money or time here again.

Their lunch deals are AWESOME. My husband and I split a lunch and it was plenty for the both of us! We sat at the bar and our server was Anthony. He was super polite and helpful.
When you sit down they give you free pickles. They are the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. They are awesome!
We got a combo lunch. It had ribs that were really nice. There was a nice bark to them and they were cooked very well. They didn't fall off the bone but you didn't have to tear them either. Just the way I like them!
The cornbread was so light and fluffy!! Very flavorful!
The chicken wings were SO good! Very meaty and I loved the selection of sauces. The beans were filled with huge chunks of meat.
We had a couple beers. They came in ICE cold glasses, which is always a bonus.

Enjoyed relaxing,.. prices disallows me to visit more frequently like I use to... The service was good.. only thing the waitress did ,.. maybe not thinking... When I asked about drink specials... She gave me a short version... But minutes later I overheard her mentioning much more on that drink special availability to a different customer right behind me,..lol... I asked about it, which made an awkward moment... Then she elaborated.... Some people may take that wrong.... Like on a racial point of view or something else... Just not a smart move.... But again she was great with me... But that kinda annoyed me. Then she never followed up on my drink choice.... If I was in a bad mood I may have not tipped altogether... But I just left a basic tip.
