I dont post reviews however this atrocious experience warrants this posting. I called last Thursday to order 50 roses for my wife's 50th birthday. Nice lady on phone quoted me around $125 which i thought was a good price. I checked by bank account and they charged me $410!!! I promptedly called and left message. Never got call back. Called again and OWNER got on phone and basically calling me a liar and was very very rude from the start and I was not even initially upset, just wanted to understand. This rudeness continues as she is now yelling at me and telling me they never said that and telling me I am speaking over her. I like said a total of 10 words up to this point. Now I am pissed and telling her how inappropriate her attitude was toward me when I was just trying to understand. I told her I will just order online instead if trying to do business locally and she said good and hung up on me. Not even apology for the miscommunication or any attempt to offer to come to resolution. Good way to drive more people away from doing business in Sturgis! Congrats...

Unfortunately my order wasn’t delivered for TWO DAYS after it was supposed to be to a National Cemetery for my father’s birthday. They were too busy w/other deliveries stated per an employee & thought a deceased, retired military veteran or his family wouldn’t care/notice I guess. WRONG! Shame on you, disgraceful! I had family members that reside in Rapid City check as they were out there. I didn’t want to burden them w/another arrangement, ordered online a week prior. So just know if you’re having flowers arranged/placed at BH National Cemetery, pick another florist or be prepared to have them delivered late. It shouldn't matter whether a person is deceased or alive / present or out of state order . . . learn...

GREAT SERVICE! We called around to floral shops in Rapid City for flowers for prom and all of the shops said they were not taking any additional orders. We called Rockingtree and all of the staff were so very helpful, kind and considerate they took our order with joy, had it completed the next day and we are so happy with the outcome. In fact, one of the staff commented that they would continue taking orders and if they had to stay up till midnight to complete the orders that's what they would do!We will be driving to Sturgis for our floral needs from now on - it is worth the trip!
