Love the products. I’m a regular consumer. I was excited to visit the Sturgis store. Unfortunately I felt very rushed like I need to pick what I wanted immediately and move into a pick up line. I’m all for your successes, your products are great but overall I had the experience like I was being pressured into a purchase and needed to get in and get out as fast as possible. I was able to take a second and browse everything while in line waiting for my order and then was able to change my order at the counter and the sales associate was very accommodating. It felt like a mix between being in an Abercrombie store and a high pressure car dealership. Figure something else out so people can relax and have an enjoyable...

Dixxon as a whole has always been great, but the customer service at the Sturgis store is second to none!! I bought one of the rally edition Flannels. Upon returning home, I realized that the 2x I purchased was actually a 3x. The shirt itself was packed into the wrong packaging. Called the manager up there and she didn't even question it. I was going to mail it back on my dime because, you know, mistakes happen. The manager told me absolutely not!!
