This is worst experience ever. I ordered 2 x 4piece meals with fries and half and half tea and one cobble. I also ordered 2 sauces. The order was done by their electronic voice at drive through. When I got to window I paid 28 dollars and change. I received two teas with no ice and they were sour tasting. I was given two boxes of food. I specifically asked if the sauces were in box and was told yes. Before I pulled off I checked and found none. I never received the cobbler. When I got out of my truck and went inside I was ignored by one person and rudely spoke to by other. I was also told I had to pay for extra sauce, but I never got first two. This took place evening of 8/6/25. The chicken tasted like the morning bo rounds, which is disgusting considering it was 930 at night. They were not busy, only two ahead of me and one vehicle behind me, no one in the store. The girl working was rude, impolite and disrespectful and a liar considering she knew that she did not provide sauce but told me she did. I threw food in trash due to taste and fear of food poisoning. I worked in restaurants for years and have family that manages fast food restaurants so I know first hand the stress, but this was totally and 100% avoidable and unacceptable. She gave me the tea, poured it when I pulled to window knowing she had no ice and no she never said a word. The inside was ok but I would not by any means recommend this location. Read moreWow! Had the worst experience at the location. My family arrived a little before 9 pm. The store does close at 10pm. Practically everything we asked for, they did not have. No eggs, no mashed potatoes, no pinto beans. Ended up ordering $21 dollars of nothing. The dirty rice was puffy and tasted awful. The associate which will remain nameless, let’s just call her devil child 😈 (just look for the horns and tail along with the nasty attitude) decided to say slightly under her breath you come this late and expect food. Hells to yes! How do literally have nothing to serve! I have never experienced this at any other Bojangles even when I arrive later than I did last night.
The worst part of it was the piss poor customer service from devil child 😈. She handed me one courtesy cup when there were three grown people in my party. What were we supposed to do, share? She ended up throwing two cups in the trash to give us three smaller cups. It’s just water! Went back up and asked for a plate, she decided to IGNORE me completely.
If you don’t have food, you should at least be kind and demonstrate some level of customer service. Ended up telling the manager about my experience with devil child 😈, she was yelling in the background. The manager was polite and listened, but I know nothing will happen to promote change with this associate. I just offer prayer and good intentions on her.

The first few time, they were low in stock, my daughter and I had walked in, and they informed us that they couldn't fulfill our orders, as, again, they did not have the stock to do so. This last time, which will be the last time we went there, I made the mistake of downloading their app and placing a mobile order. Their app let us pick anything on their menu and did not grey out any items that were not in stock, such as any other food place does, when this situation happens to them. Their app also is erroronous in that it tells you that your order is being made and when it will be ready. So, when I arrived at the store approximately 15 minutes later and told the rep at the counter that I was there to pick up my order, surprise! I was told that they were, again, not able to fulfill my order, as they did not have the items in stock to do so. I requested a refund and was told to go onto the Bojangles website to request one, as it was a mobile order. And, of course, the app, by this time, stated that my order was ready! I am still waiting for my refund and can only send emails to Bojangles, as they don't list any phone numbers for issues with mobile orders. We will NEVER go there again, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to end up in the same predicament as me.
