Oh my God y'all let me just tell you how wonderful this particular store at and how wonderful all of the associates that help me are. Its kind of a long story so bear with me.My mother-in-law had bought a battery just under a year ago but we lost the receipt we didn't know that at that time the person that helped her have used his phone number to get a discount on the battery. Well the battery turned out to be bad and I'm trying to return it but the numbers I'm giving them don't pull up any warranty for the battery on top of that the store that I went to is not the store where the battery was purchased. I was very frustrated because I had already gone to a previous store and they were no help so I'm making a last-ditch effort the first associate is a new associate so he wasn't able to help but then Cole intervened. He was determined to help me he started asking questions what store I bought it acquired the store number started plugging in how to get a manager login to view another stores activity and finally Tracked Down the transaction I was able to swap out battery since it was still under warranty. I pointed to the sign RIGHT BEHIND HIM, āFREE INSTALLATION OF CAR BATTERY WITH PURCHASEā. He then said well we donāt want the liability of something goes wrong. The associates just stood at the window and watched me from inside. 0 help, they didnāt come out to even talk me through it, didnāt help bring batteries in or out. They just didnāt want to do it.
