To all , I worked with Lori Austin . I am never one to leave a review , I normally take my displeasure in silence . I just have too say , this was by first my worse first time home buyer experience. I had already had a tough time with the whole process. I’m not sure if this was racial by any means but I will never give this realtor or company the time of day again . I felt belittled through the whole process , I wasn’t educated at all, during the purchase process I didn’t feel supported I always seemed to seek others advice. There were mistakes made , that were super important . This was the second realtor I had with your company , WORSE . Please make sure you are taking on realtors that actually care about people and the process/frustrations clients may have. A client should never have to come out of chat to get a point across through a process that’s already hard or feel racially profiled . I closed without my realtor , wasn’t gifted anything . My lender gave me a house warming gift thank goodness I met a sweet person through this process. NEVER AGAIN with your company . If anyone ask 1 star. We worked with Myka Sanders as the buyer realtor on the sell of our home. Myka was very hard to work with and her lack of communication with us was horrible. The buyers was given her information from their lender and needed lots of guidance but she gave them nothing! At closing time, Myka told our realtor that she would not drive to the title company location that was on the contract! Then once funded my realtor drove to the house to bring the keys, but Myka again wouldn't meet her to get the keys for her clients! I would NOT recommend Myka...
