I visited Chuck E. Cheese with my child, who was eagerly looking forward to seeing Chuck E. Cheese in person. Unfortunately, our anticipation turned into frustration when Chuck E. Cheese never made an appearance during our visit. Seeking clarity, I approached the manager to inquire about the schedule for Chuck E. Cheese appearances. However, the response I received was far from helpful.
The manager's answer was vague, stating, "whenever he comes out," which left us confused and disappointed. I attempted to get a more detailed response, asking if there was a specific schedule, such as every hour or every three hours, only to be met with the same unhelpful reply and a dismissive attitude. The manager insisted that "Chuck E. Cheese has his own rules," which seemed to justify the lack of a clear schedule for appearances.
What was more disheartening than the absence of Chuck E. Cheese was the manager's rudeness. A simple question regarding a character appearance schedule should not result in such an unwelcoming and dismissive interaction. This experience significantly impacted our visit, leaving my child disappointed and me frustrated by the lack of empathy and customer service.
While Chuck E. Cheese is known for being a place of joy and entertainment for children, our experience was overshadowed by poor communication and customer service. It's unfortunate that a potentially wonderful day out was marred by an interaction that could have been handled with much more care and...
Read moreThis was the second time we went to this CeC. It was disgusting from the entrance, to the bathrooms to the people that were there. Just wanted a time out with the kids. the mix of people that come here is ridiculous. Some machines did not work and they only had 2 ticket counters that were working properly. kids were stalking the tables for food and drinks. No, I am not kidding. One kid came up to me asking if she can have the leftover pizza and I told her that I was waiting for my kids to have it so I can't give her any. Then another one walks by slowly asking me if she can have one of the drinks?! to make things worse, a 6 or 7 year old kid kicked my 2 year old daughter in the tummy!?! my husband was there to yell at the kid. If I was there I would have smacked this kid and taken him to his parents. honestly, the kind of people that come here don't really give a crap where the kids go or do. The staff will do crap to help you if you complain. When I complained, one staff person said "yea, its the Nigerian kids. they are just horrible" !! I found two of them by the bathrooms talking about checking out a couple of Moms without being too obvious! really?? If you want to have a good time with your kids and don't want to be harassed, seriously go somewhere else, ANYwhere else but here...
Read moreThe place is clean. I never had an issue until today. My son won 100 tickets on a game. I was standing right by the ticket muncher. I put the 100 tickets into the ticket muncher and to my suprise it only recorded 79 tickets. I went to the counter to let them know either the ticket counter or game was not counting tickets correctly. They sent someone out directly to the ticket muncher. Hmmmm. They gave me the voucher for 29 tickets. Shortly after, my son wanted to trade in tickets. I chose another ticket muncher. I counted seven tickets it credited for four. I then put in four and it credited only two. I went baxk to the counter and spoke to some that resembled a manager and told her the ticket muncher us counting on two machines is really off. She said she would send someone over. Didn't seem concerned that the machines were so off. No one checked the machines or put signs on them stating they were broken. This must be their standard practice. So, if you dont want ro get ripped off anymore than usual count your tickets. *UPDATE The ticket munchers by the drink station...
