City Plaza at Town Square POA — Local services in Sugar Land

Beware of the landlord owner named apartment 421!!! Had several issues. First, the noise below us was at all nights and had to call police with no one to enforce the noise restrictions. Floors are to thin. Second, HVAC broke down on three occasions only with us struggling with kids to put to sleep. Lastly, it took almost 30 days for him to return our deposit only for him to deduct $430 for changing air filter, touch ups and clean carpet and grout in bathroom. This was typical normal wear...never experienced such a pain in the neck place to deal with. Looks good in the pictures, but landlord owners like Apartment 421...stay clear.
