LOFT — Local services in Sugar Land

I needed a pair of pants to wear for an event. LOFT is one of my favorite clothing stores, very good quality, modest and they can have some really good sales. Found a pair of pants, love them! The young Lady who was there at the time, I can't remember her name to give her a proper shout out. Forgive me. She was very kind, customer service was on point! 💯, she was in fact the manager. She was patient, made great suggestions and has a great sense of sales experience. She is very valuable to the company. I pray that they reconizes that and promote her accordingly, because of her exceptional customer service, knowledge of the products and moving the merchandise out. Cherrie sure loves her job and people. She made sure everyone that walked in knew about the sales, worked to help me return the item I needed to and made me second guess the need to actually return it. Tried the pants on again and she convinced me I needed to re buy them. I got a better deal on them and what was most impressive was she was handling me and another customer cashing out at the same time and we both were super impressed at her multitasking ability. Worst service ever. I came to this Loft with my sister and none of the people that worked there bothered to help us. We didn't even get a greeting, but we did notice they managed to welcome other shoppers as they walked in and looked around. We were here for 30 minutes before we went to the register for something my sister was buying and it was only when I pulled out my Loft credit card did the employee checking us out begin talking to us.
