CAVA — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have had horrible experiences at this Cava location. The employees don’t bother to acknowledge you or and are not very friendly. This is the third time I had bad experience here. The portion size they serve is very little compared to the Katy and Aliana locations. I have complained to the manager about this. Today I went and the girl was not even pleasant to assist. She didn’t even ask whether we are dining in or take out. She gave my son a takeout bowl and my husband and I a dine in bowl. I did my usual bowl and I ask little extra chip the tall girl gave with an attitude and was full of rudeness. My husband said wow what an attitude to me. We asked for the pita bread and didn’t give at the check out. After paying my husband went and asked pita bread and asked if they were doing okay. I will not recommend this place at all. I went with my daughter one time few months back and she felt the same vibe. I had been to Aliana and Katy locations and they are very welcoming and happily serving. The food at cava is simply muah love it loved it since day 1. I usually get romaine hot harrisa hummus all kinds of vegetables not the ones they charge for lol and the hot chicken. I put the 2 dressings i feel like trying and it's simply wow. The food is no doubt the best and easy. In 14 dollars plus tax one of my meal is covered. Don't forget to scan your cava app to earn points the cashier doesn't remind you they're pretty dirty smart that way. The atmosphere at cava is just lovely and it's impossible not to find a mutual there. I will give a 2 for service becuse the servers and those making your bowl are in a super hurry and sometimes come out as mean and unprofessional. They are there to serve you but it doesn't feel like that. They are in a hurry make mistakes and talk in a rude tone especially the one in town center sugar land horrible...

Went to this location to get a big order for staff in the office. I was there as soon as the door opened. Of course super clean. I'm sure being bombarded with big orders as soon as the door unlocks isn't ideal but they were awesome. Each order was super particular which is why i went in person to place it. They were so patient, efficient and so pleasant. I really wanted to tip them but they don't take tips. So i want to publicly thank them. Thank you so much Rowe, Kelly and Joanne for your professionalism and your attention, i truly appreciate it. Also thank you to everyone's face who I didn't get names for that work in the back, because the front counter didn't do it alone. I'm pleased with this location and my prayer is that your management staff shows you all recognition for being awesome as good help is truly hard...
