Kokee Tea — Restaurant in Sugar Land

Absolutely horrible service. The two young girls working the register, especially the one with the washed out pink hair, were awful. I asked if they had specific kinds of tea/drinks and Pink Hair just kept saying no without even offering any suggestions for something similar. At one point she even tried to redirect me to a Starbucks nearby. After I ordered and payed she immediately got on her cell phone and started texting. This place will definitely not last long, especially when the employees working there are directing business elsewhere just so they don't have to work. Good luck Pink Hair, with that attitude you won't go far.

Two stars for the mediocre brown sugar boba.

EDIT: Could it be Noah and Miyah know Pink Hair? I'm assuming so as they both left positive reviews for her and Woodlake Meadows Apartments. Then again what do I know.

EDIT: 1/2025 Much better service! The employees working there now are very professional and polite. This place has definitely had an upgrade. Not the best boba I've had, but it's really good...

I just went back recently because the drinks were good, but today was an entirely different experience. We got the brown sugar dalgonata, the cold brew dalgonata, and a brown sugar milk. They were all tastless,like straight milk and water. I went back to try to get a refund but they said they could only make a different drink for us. We then got a purple love(we could hardly stomach it,straight up water), a strawberry milk(it was weirdly sour?), and the only drink that was subpar was a mango flavored drink. I wouldn't want to offend anyone but please rethink your decision to come here. Especially when the employees gave me attitude and assumed it was my fault for "NOT SHAKING IT". When no amount of shaking could help it. Waste your more than $20 elsewhere or at least don't get any milk products, they'll butcher...
