This is the best nail shop in Houston hands down.. I'm very picky and just like my nails to be on point. From the nail color to how my overlay is applied on my nails. Kim and her Husband listen to your request and nail that shid... Appointments only.. actually is a great pro.. no long waits.. Than to apply some more icing on the cake.. My daughter had a dance competition and needed her nails done asap.. well I called on Sunday around 2:30, well this day they were closing early. Kim told me to come in now.. long story short. She also had a hard time understanding anything when I'm trying to ask her if she could get the cuticles pushed back etc. She seemed to be barely doing anything. I finally asked the manager if I could just pay for part of it and go somewhere else but she instead came over and did it which was a whole lot better. The problem is when it was time to pay she covered up the tip portion of my receipt and asked me to sign. I aske her to please move her hand so that I could fill out the rest of the receipt. I was telling Kim how to file my nails for the shape, and during the middle of my service she cut off my nails and refused to continue working on them. I was never yelling or being rude when expressing my concerns about the shape, and it couldāve been fixed with some simple filing on the sides. For her to abruptly start yanking my hands and cutting off the nails was beyond disrespectful. She then yelled and demanded payment before she finished my service.
