I’ve been coming to this location for five years now and have NEVER been greeted hello. I was in today to shop for Christmas gifts and wasn’t greeted, asked if I needed help, or even given a thank you upon my purchase. I understand it’s busy with the holidays but I’ve experienced the same during slower times throughout the year. I’ve been in the store on a slow day and the sales clerks didn’t even bother to look up from what they were doing or stop their conversations with each other to even greet me. Haven't been in a hallmark store in years but my mom needed overpriced cards so off we went. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of things to see. They were also having a really great clearance sale on Halloween that was legit. Not like those 30 percent offers. There was a gentleman there who let mom and I use the bathroom even though there was a sign saying No bathroom No exceptions. Sold FAKE Labubu dolls to my daughter and I which is about as illegal and unethical as it gets. These were clearly fake once we opened them at home. The worker stating there were no returns on these items did sound off at the time, but I thought it to be impossible to have a hallmark be a scam operation.
