An indian girl was working here with a young white man tonight.

The young man was respectful, took our orders, and had a warm personality. He was careful with our icecream and made sure it was presentable for us. He came accross as someone that cared for, and appreciated his job. Fantastic service from him.

The indian girl was on a bluetooth headset talking loudly on the phone while helping us. She had an attitude everytime we asked for something. She ignorred our attempts to talk to her. When she made our icecream the cup was covered in icecream and she just left it like that. We had to clean the cups and our hands with a napkin. When my wife said thank you she just turned and ignorred her like we weren't even there. She definitly gave us DMV/ government worker vibes.

Accidentally walked in the last few minutes before close. Thought they had an hour and a half before close. Was immediately given attitude. Got to the register first thing the lady said is we’re closing. I felt alittle bad but the service was so rude and bad it just made us very mad.

We tried our best to be polite and I get they probably don’t get paid a lot and it’s annoying getting last minute people, but we didn’t deserve that. Oh yeah and as we were leaving another 3 people were about to walk in and all the employees in the store start shouting ,”oh no. WERE CLOSED. WERE CLOSING!!” even though they were technically still open. Y’all gotta lock the door or something if y’all are trying to close early at least instead of yelling at people. That was...

Hadn't been to Marble Slab for years, and we were glad they were still open following the pandemic. I had my old standby, sweet cream with Oreos on a fancy cone and it was as delicious as ever. I always appreciated watching them smashing the add-in to the ice cream, and it was still fun. . I was annoyed that my wife got exactly the same thing as me, because having a taste of something else is a delight. Not only did she deny this pleasure, she finished the whole thing! Darn! . They still have benches and tables outside to sit and enjoy your treat, which we did. Overall, Marble Slab is as good...
