I love Kohls! There store is always clean and organized and Kohls cash, its the best. Also a very intelligent business decision as more often than not the customers coming back or getting online to shop again to use their Kohls cash, who doesn't love free stuff! ..I just got my bday Kohls cash and stayed within my budget for the most part though 😁 got 6 pillows for a wee bit over $2! (2 bucks real cash) I win this time Kohls. 😂 Staffs always been cool, right balance of helpful and chill, not constantly asked if you need help, but helps available when/if needed. And every year when the holidays come along they're not resting by a fireplace sipping hot cocoa with their Bo, no they're prepping and ready with every lane open once those doors open! That alone deserves 5 stars because really, Its insane how many people are out there bright and early buying buying buying, because that's how we show our family and friends we really love them right!
I know this may read slightly sarastic, maybe..and I apologize, just in a mood I suppose. Its not you kohls, its me..but seriously, Kohls you're doing great in the eyes of this consumer.

Read moreI have shopped at kohls (in store and online) for years and my most recent experience has been terrible! I placed an order for a black Marvel shirt in size 3x as a gift for my husband. It was only available to be shipped. When the shirt arrived, it was a RED FISHING shirt. I drove to kohls to do an exchange and was told I’d need to contact kohls.com since it was as online order. While that made no sense to me, I did just that. When I got ahold of someone at kohls.com, I was told I’d need to go into a store. I explained to her that I’d already used my time and gas to do just that and was turned away and instructed otherwise. She miraculously was able to reorder the shirt I’d originally ordered. Well, that order came today, and guess what?! Wrong shirt again! This time it was at least a marvel shirt, but not the right design and also not the right size. So, I call kohls.com and was told since I’d already been sent a replacement, they can’t send another. Again, makes no sense. I’m supposed to be credited back my kohls cash + money I paid within 14 days, so we will see if either of those things happen. At which time, I guess I will try the order again. Now the gift will be even more late than it already is. I’m completely disappointed in how the entire situation has been handled by kohls in store as well...

I asked a simple question and got shot down she didn't even look into it didn't care how did an attitude and so I was like okay that's not what it used to be she wouldn't take a simple transaction and put it together to make Kohl's cash like they're supposed to she says it's against company policy to give out Kohl's cash and that they don't have any more of those papers to do so which was a lie so left her in disgust went and talked to somebody that was walking on the floor and then got taken care of right away a cashier was super friendly very very super friendly and took care of everything that needed to be done and said that there was no problems in fact he gave us Kohl's cash on Kohl's cash paper that they supposedly didn't have anymore so the Jenny girl lied I will not be going back to her and I am going to be calling her out and letting her manager know how rude she is it wasn't just me that she was rude to she was rude to other stuff as well all because she was too busy playing on her cell phone and doing her own stuff then to take care of a customer that had a question and she shot us out...
