DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! WHY?: They use poor quality, aftermarket parts. These products and parts do not work correctly and will cost you more money within the first month.
WHAT THEY DONâT TELL YOU: Once you get one of these aftermarket parts, companies like Apple will void all warranties on the phone and will be hesitant to do any repairs.
NO REFUNDS: They will not refund phone screens. They say that once the screen is coded they canât take it back, therefore they are unwilling to refund for improperly installed screens. I later found out the screen was improperly coded in the first place.
SOLUTION: take your phone to the Apple Store or wherever your phone came from. It will save you time, money and a headache.
MY EXPERIENCE: Took my phone in for a screen replacement after cracking it. They gave me 2 replacement options saying that the best they had was a 275$ screen that would be identical to my original screen. They failed to warn me that this would void any repairs by Apple services. The aftermarket screen they used looked terrible and was not properly coded to my iPhone. Which they wouldnât be able to do anyway since it wasnât an original iPhone screen. Went back the next day to see if I could get a refund and have my old screen put back on so I could get my screen replaced at an Apple Store. Initially they agreed to do this. But after the first employee called his bother ( the stores owner according to him) the story changed. They then refused to refund my the screen. While I was in the store there were 2 other people there for refunds or having other problems with the store and its services. Although they tried to get me to pay an additional 200$ for an original Apple screen, they did not sound capable of guaranteeing that the screen would be restored to its original quality. The other option was to replace it with my old cracked screen but they would keep my 275$. The owner is young and it became obvious that neither him nor the brother knew what they were doing. I took my phone to apple who were extremely helpful. They were willing to replace my screen even with the after market part. They informed me that this is not the norm.    Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. I feel it's crucial to share this with others and will continue to do so. My daughterâs iPhone 15 was dropped off for a simple repair, but unfortunately, the service we received was far from acceptable. Not only was the original issue left unresolved, but the condition of the phone was also significantly worsened. They damaged the back glass, which was intact prior to the repair, and replaced the original Apple parts with what appeared to be cheap, non-Apple components. This is a clear violation of trust and professionalism. The phone was returned to us in worse shape than when what it was left in, with parts that were not only subpar but also incompatible with the phoneâs intended performance. As a result, we will be needing the immediate return of the original Apple parts that were removed and a full refund for the service. My daughterâs phone was in better condition before we entrusted with this shop, and I expect nothing less than a resolution to this situation. Please be aware that if this issue is not addressed appropriately, I am prepared to pursue legal action to ensure my daughter is fully compensated and that the integrity of her property is restored. I strongly advise anyone else to think twice before using this shop, as my experience was not only frustrating but also unprofessional and damaging. The phone was just needing a single new camera and was replaced with one with a crack, the light doesn't work, the back glass is broken, the display isn't right, the screen isn't an Apple screen and isn't affixed into the phone, there is glue all over the phone. The camera still don't work. Not to forget they told her 15 minutes, then 4 days, and want her to wait another day for them to repair their damages.    Read moreUpdate to review: dropped from five stars to one star. Day 1) bought a phone and by the time we got to the parking lot realized the screen had issues working. Went back in and got a different one.Then left thinking that everything was fine. Found out later that evening we were not able to use the phone. It could make calls and texts yes, but the other applications were not usable. Day 2) Came to return the phone on Sunday only to find them closed even though their Google business hours say that they're open. Day 3)Came up on Monday to return the phone only to be told they don't accept returns. Admittedly there was a sign on the back wall, I didn't see the first time. Stating no returns. However it's in the back corner and I can't even read it from behind the counter. So maybe it's my fault. Although if the phone they sold me worked I wouldn't have needed to return it. Personally, I wouldn't shop here again. I chose this option to get something inexpensive and quick to fix an issue and I was afraid to get screwed by people off of Facebook. So I chose to come to a business and got screwed just as badly as if I'd have bought something off of Facebook . Original Review: Quick, helpful and very efficient.
