Eat Rice — Restaurant in Kettering

Ordered delivery online. Let me say I have ordered from here several times in the past, and always received fresh, hot and delicious food. Not anymore! What i received tonight was absolutely disgusting! I threw out almost everything. CROSS CONTAMINATION! I ordered 2 smoothies, a strawberry and an ore cookie. The strawberry had a weird taste. I was trying to place it when I started eating my crab rangoon(cheese wontons?). My smoothie had the taste of those wontons! Disgusting! So, I tried the Pork Chow Me fun. Guess what? Same disgusting taste! Now my stomach started rolling .... There was no way I was eating anything else, especially the Honey Chicken we ordered! Chicken! So, now I believe that whomever made my order didn't bother to wear gloves, or change gloves, or even wash their hands between preparation of hot and cold items, between the chicken and cheese wontons, and making the fresh fruit smoothies. Totally unacceptable! My money just went down the drain because I refuse to eat this! I am highly upset and pray I don't get sick from the little bit i did sample. SMH. NEVER AGAIN! FOLLOW THW RULES & WASH YOUR HANDS! OR...

Have eatten here twice. There was 6mths in between the time we tried it. First time, no communication barriers & very fast delivery. Just not the best food. The second time was just a few days ago & the whole experience was just awful. They quoted a 30 min wait time. After about 45mins we called to check on the order. They said the driver was leaving then that they were busy. No problem. We live literally right around the corner, less then a min away. So, 25 mins later still no food, I called to cancel the order. They all of a sudden had no idea what I was saying and they were incredibly rude over the phone. While I was still on the phone the driver showed up. My husband answered the door and told him we had cancelled the order & we didn't want the food any longer. The driver proceeded to shove the food into my husbands arms. My husband just set the bag down & told him no we didn't want it & shut the door. Our total for the food we ordered was $17.65. When checking my transactions, they had charged my card $21.16 for the order. Took 2wks to my money refunded. We will NEVER try this place again. Rude...

Tried this place for the first time, and the food was terrible! Some of you folks who rated this place highly need to get out more! Where shall I start? The spare ribs were burnt, and were swimming in a sweet syrupy sauce, which I presume was intended to mask the black charred fat. There was very little meat on these ribs, and what was there was burnt. The dumplings were hot, but they were obviously frozen, out-of-a-box. They were the cheap ones too... unrecognizable, foul-tasting meat product in them, and they were just too perfect looking. Nasty. Finally, the fried rice wasn't even the good sticky oriental-style rice. It was more like Uncle Ben's converted rice. Okay for rice pilaf, I guess, but not from a Chinese restaurant, and not used to make fried rice. Yuck. Oh yeah, one more thing.... I ordered my fried rice with no vegetables, and of course, it was loaded with peas and onions. This place was a total waste of money and I will definitely not be going back...
