In-n-Out Java — Restaurant in Kettering

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. I found this place about a month ago looking for a breakfast burrito. The first time I placed my order I got a veggie breakfast burrito, I was shocked with how great and affordable the prices are for what you get. Not only that, but it is the best breakfast burrito I have ever had and I’m officially addicted.

Today around 1:20 I went to place an online order of my usual, and more than half way through my drive I had to pull over as my car was making an obnoxious noise. So trying to figure out what to do and panicking as I don’t know much about cars, time was passing and I wanted to make sure I arrived before they close at 2:30. When I arrived at the drive through (2:15) I was quite frantic and my car was still making an awful noise. After I got my order I was trying to leave quickly to fix the issue and not have to face anymore embarrassment. Thankfully Jordan and Eric, the two people working today ran out to me and asked if it be okay to take a look at my car. It turns out my heat shield became very loose and was dragging on the ground as I drove. One of them ended up pulling it out and saved me from driving 20 minutes of the awful noise and/or it falling off while driving and possibly causing a danger to other drivers. I’m so grateful and appreciative.

Eric and Jordan did not have to come check on me or my car but they did. I believe it really speaks for itself who they are and the type of customer service they will deliver to their customers. Above and beyond...

The first time i got the food here, it was good. Everything tasted good but then i saw one of the people that work there and they looked like they dont wash their hands EVER. I know its normal for guys to not be as much of a clean freak as women but they are cooking food and making smoothies all day ? The man had dirt under his nails and I could see a film of dirt on his hands as if they have not been properly cleaned in a few days (proper washing includes washing the top of the hand, the palm, between the fingers, under the nails, and halfway up the forearm with soapy water at least twice.) I am not a super neat freak but i do notice things like such. Going through life, its unavoidable getting a film of dirt on you hands sometimes which is why frequent washing is essential. Especially for those that work in food services. Then today, i got more of their food. I found a hair in my muffin. It wasn't one of those hairs that couldve fallen in from anywhere. The hair was cooked in the muffin because a piece of the muffin was hanging at the end of the piece of hair and wouldn't come off...yall need to enforce better sanitary practices such as hair nets and hand washing. I was in line for 20 minutes and when I pulled up to the window the guy inside was moving slowly and seemed to be walking towards me with my drink, then turned around and set it down and started talking to another guy about how he’d have to make another drink. He never even made eye contact with me, much less informed me of what was going on. I finally left in frustration because by then I was late for work. I had no idea I’d need more than ten minutes for coffee, otherwise, I wouldn’t have stopped. All they needed to do was warn me when I ordered it could be a long wait and I would have left. The name is wildly inaccurate and I would have reached out to management first but there are no contact details on their website. I’ve been going for years and never got anything in a hurry but hadn’t ever been in the morning when it’s busy. In the afternoons, you expect a coffee place to be a little slow. With a name like theirs, I never imagined that in the early morning they wouldn’t have more staff moving more quickly so people can get...
