Van Buren Shopping Center — Local services in Kettering

LAUNDROMAT is the only 24 HR laundromat in the area to be in a pretty good area that I'm aware of, which is handy for doing laundry at 4 in the morning. They also have a very wide variety of washer sizes and the small ones are actually rather reasonable for laundromat prices, as far as I'm concerned. Dryers are cheap and efficient and there's actually enough of them to cover all the washers here (and more) which is an issue I've found some other places not cover. Not the cleanest place, but what laundromat is? There's actually some stuff here to keep kids entertained (gumballs, a claw machine and an arcade that at least sometimes works, all cost obviously) and vending, as well as TWO quarter machines that are rarely out of service (I've only ever seen one down and it was back fast) and a soap/laundry bag dispenser, naturally. TVs are usually on at each end with volume so there's some sort of free entertainment here, even without draining your phone.

SUBWAY is the only other business I've been to in this strip, and it's tended to beone of the better ones in the area. Understaffed if anything, as most around here are. I've gone here for over 10 years and it gets better and worse in fluctuations just like anywhere else but I've had far less issues here than any other locations. No drive thru here undfortunately - it's in the middle of the strip. They do serve breakfast here and did participate in points...

I love the Icee shop there it is wonderful they're great flavors with real fruit made into slushies they are so delicious I recommend them to anyone and also the stores around there are very nice to it's a nice place and it looks like they're trying to build more onto it so anyone who wants to cool down and get a nice drink is real fruit juice go there and...

I come here to buy Chinese food, burritos and Subway sandwiches. I haven't been to the laundromat but I've seen people take in dirty clothes and come out with clean ones so I guess it really works because I don't see people burning it down or...
