This review is for Bartolotta's Website only, not for the brick and mortar store We're looking for a new car and the Car dealers in our area aren't exactly close together. Add to that a bit of Covid and my husband's compromised health and we do our shopping mostly online. Bartolotta's was recommended by a friend, so I thought I check out their website first. The site is easy enough to navigate. You are able to browse the entire inventory or search for a specific vehicle type/style/model. The selection is quite good and the thumbnails that pop up offer basic details such as body style, model year, engine size, etc. Most thumbnails also show multiple photos. The photos are a bit small without the ability to zoom into details, but they show enough for me to know if I should take a closer look in person. On most (not all) vehicles the one piece of information that is missing is THE PRICE. I've long wondered why some car dealers won't show the price of a vehicle on their website. The whole idea behind shopping online is so I don't have to call to find out if the vehicle fits my budget. I am now left with having to make a list and then calling to get all the prices at once or making multiple phonecalls as I come across vehicles that I might be interested in. If I browse during times when the store is closed I have to wait until the next business day and then call. This is really frustrating. I did try to leave feedback on their site. After having to re-enter the Captcha several times my message was finally delivered but not before it was completely reformatted. Good website design is so easy, it would be great if more people would take advantage of it. In our case we ended up buying...
Read moreI went in with no money to my name, and not expecting to leave with a car. Danny would get something approved call me and I said I wasnt able, he said give to him a few minutes, call back, and luck have it, he would somehow manage to work with me. Helped with my sales tax, nothing down, and allowed me to leave their parking lot without any money down. They have faith in their customers and are here to help people of all backgrounds, they will give you the tools to succeed, its up to you to show your worth. Financed at a lower rate also, Danny knows his stuff and will do what ever it takes to get you in a vehicle. I was looking at beaters on craigslist, and left their lot in a 2012 Focus. I owe them more than a review for their help, they will have my buisness as long as I call this area home. To all at Barlotta's...
Read moreWe bought our GMC Acadia here. We traded in our car and they gave us close to what our car was worth but it had mechanical problems that the dealer/West Brothers couldn't fix even after paying them a thousand dollars in labor. We are very happy with the Acadia and Bartolotta's. Everything we looked at there was in excellent shape and a reasonable price, they even gave us a month and so many thousand mile warranty. My only complaint in this quest in buying a new vehicle is with West Brothers Dealership that I paid to fix my old car, Bartolotta's fixed it after I traded it in on our new Acadia. I would go to Bartolotta's before I would go to any other auto sales. Mention my name Alan Thorpe, They offer two hundred dollars for referrals. I'll split it with you., just let me know...
