I was really looking forward to trying out Sullivan Cannabis Dispensary, but my experience was a huge letdown. The biggest issue? Their weed carts and wax contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC—essentially making them federally legal hemp products rather than real, high-potency cannabis. Nowhere do they make this crystal clear, so unless you're carefully reading the fine print, you'll assume you're getting something much stronger.

When I raised concerns, the company got super defensive, insisting they were "proud of their product" and "saw nothing wrong with it." Instead of addressing the actual issue—that customers expect legitimate, high-THC cannabis—they doubled down, acting like they were being attacked.

The prices are completely unreasonable for what they’re selling. You’d expect to pay premium prices for premium products, but instead, you’re paying top dollar for hemp-derived THC that you can legally order online for way cheaper. It’s borderline deceptive.

To make things worse, I saw another customer leave a negative review, and the dispensary responded as if they were personally insulted. Rather than taking feedback professionally, they accused the reviewer of "trying to damage the reputation" of their veteran-associated business. I fully respect veterans, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the product being sold. It felt like a way to avoid addressing valid complaints.

They market their staff as "well-trained professionals," but they’ll still mislead you if you aren’t careful. Whether it’s intentional or just a lack of knowledge, it’s frustrating. If you’re looking for actual high-quality cannabis, this is NOT the place.

I just keep having an amazing experience here! The lounge is chill and the peeps are friendly. I ONLY buy product from C!ty now. Way cheaper than the places with an armed guard hand picked by politicians who don't partake! 🤣

If my vape doesn't work, I can take it back! Everything I've bought has been top notch and any issue I've had was handled with amazing care.

I especially love the products that are under C!Ty's private label! Get the Chocolate Hashberry concentrate or one of the cinnamon toast crunch cereal bars. 🥳 They are always adding new stuff.

I've made butter from the flower (always at my budtender's recommendation) every week for months now and I have yet to be disappointed. They are legit. This flower is mega potent type A. IYKYK, fam. 👀

If it wasn’t for otto or the wraps I wouldn’t even go there, their prices are a little hefty but they do have some pretty good deals and discounts on certain days. However I am a regular, I’m usually there every day if not every other day and every time I do go they Id me as soon as I walk in as if I’m not a regular. I understand they have to do this but I was out with friends at this location and the staff singly pointed me out and they only asked me only for mine. Another incident when I didn’t have a good experience was said staff pretty much kicked us out because he needed a break. Moral of the story it’s a decent store to get a variety pieces/wraps, wouldn’t really get the bud there but if you want anything be prepared to get identified even if...
