I put in a delivery order because I couldn’t get away from work for lunch and the store is only a few blocks away. I was on a time crunch and didn’t have time to go pick up an order. The order had a delivery window of 25-30 minutes but then the tracking said the order was being picked up for delivery for around 30-40 minutes. I was concerned and stepped away to call the store to check on it and no one would answer the phone. I called 3 times, then my only option was to leave work and go to the store to see what was happening. The order and delivery fee were already paid. When I got to the store, it was around 2:10PM on 12/29/23 in Downtown Summerlin. The man working behind the counter making sandwiches was so incredibly unhelpful and rude. He kept ignoring me and not offering any solutions whatsoever. I am not a difficult customer, and I was polite and kind the whole time. Things happen. I thought maybe they were just having a really busy day and were delayed. The store was not busy or overwhelmed to merit the way my situation was handled, which was completely unacceptable. The man who was working first ignored me as I stood at the counter patiently waiting to be acknowledged and then told me he had no order under my name when I asked and went back to working. No solution was offered, and he went on with his day as if I was to just leave without anything. I told him I had the order on my phone and showed him. I told him what I had ordered and he said the order was picked up already and went back to his work again. I explained that it wasn’t delivered and was still marked as being pickup and not en route for the last 30 minutes and he didn’t care. He flat out told me to go back to work and see if it was delivered. I told him I had just come from work and it wasn’t delivered. I asked what I was supposed to do, get a refund or have a new order made? He told me to go back to work and see. I asked what to do if it hadn’t been delivered and he said I could call them. I explained that I had already called 3 times with no answer. He didn’t care and all this time continued dismissing my questions and going back to his sandwich making. I left the store with no solution and no lunch and no lunch break time left. When I got back, the delivery finally came after over an hour. Everything was cold and soggy. It’s honestly not about the length of time the delivery took. It’s more about the fact that I had paid for food and a service that wasn’t performed and no one would help me resolve it. I should have just been offered a refund or to make the order again. Now I paid for two cold and soggy sandwiches and a whole bunch of inconvenience. I need someone to make it right. I didn’t get what I paid for. Period. And I hope someone talks to the team at that location about how to deal with...

Terrible experience. Understaffed by a manager, one employee, and a trainee. Manager looked ready to cry, and disappeared in the back for 30 something minutes, not helping to make anything. Was backed up to the point they told people to leave, they weren't taking any orders for "twenty minutes" which turned into no orders for the entire 45 minutes I waited for a sandwich. My sister, right behind me in line, did not have her order taken for ten minutes after me. The guy sitting next to me waited an hour for his and was trying to cancel his order and go elsewhere and they stopped "everything" to make his sandwich. AKA they told him his was next rather than cancel the order and it was still another 10 minutes before he got his food. The two of us warned several other patrons that walked in to go elsewhere, as they couldn't even get an employee to notice them standing at the counter. The regular employee was moving slower than molasses. In winter. On Pluto. They had around 15 online order tickets to make, which couldn't possibly be true with an hour wait time, and no drivers showed up during the 45 minutes I waited. So the order tickets are apparently just all mixed together on the table. They also had to sort through them to find mine because I was clearly waiting to get my order and wasn't happy about the wait. I was offered a free cookie as compensation for the wait time, as were several others while I was there.
Buffalo chicken wrap was filled with the same watery chicken used in all the chicken subs, and then drowned in buffalo sauce. Wrap itself was rolled so poorly both halves basically disintegrated when I picked them up. Ignoring those two points, the wrap was acceptable. Produce (lettuce, tomatoes, etc) were fresh. Read moreBest sandwiches in town, worse location to eat up, had a very bad experience there a few days ago, it was 45 min to close, and we ordered food, as usual im always taking new customers there saying how good their sandwiches are, and blah blah, well, that day they were great as usual but service was not, we went outside to eat up, tables and chairs had already been picked up,, we went ahead and grabbed a table, 4 chairs and we were eating when the manager came out, telling us that we needed to get up because he needed to put those chairs and table back, we were already eating i told him, no worries we will do it ourselves when we are done, he just said we needed to get up because he was gonna do that now, my wife pregnant and he didnt even respected that, honestly that was sort of disrespectful since we were already eating, i had been a customre for a while never had a bad experience at all, always great service and food is just delicious, this location at summerlyn was a dissapointment, service wise, this was my first time and last one at this location, which sucks because this is the location closest to my neighborhood, what was supposed to be a great night out, trying a new reataurant for my family and friends turned out not what we expected at all, maybe im wrong but like i said it was 45 min to close, it was easy for me to grabbed their tables and use them since it was early, im a frequent customer, and i was introducing that place to my family and friends, didn not see that coming at all, the guy seemed nice, alse thats why i didnt expected something like that, when i told him, we will put them back ourselves, well we eneded up, wrapping up our sandwiches and way too embarrassed just left, probably last time they will see me at this specific location, maybe even at earl...
