the manager sara (i think she lied ab her name) but she had long brown hair and she was ab 5’10 and she was EXTREMELY rude my sister cut herself on a messed up tag and when i asked for help she rudely said “we don’t have bandages” then she scoffed handed me a paper towel then said “bye” then when i paid with a hundred dollar bill she rudely implied it was fake and made a huge deal about checking it infront of me and my friends embarrassing and terrible when i was nothing but nice the whole time i also get the feeling that she’s not very kind to her coworkers terrible experience and it made me feel gross i used to love this spencer’s it used to make me feel like i wasn’t so weird for liking funny shirts or like mugs with breasts on them she made me feel like an outsider and i cannot explain how disappointed i am by her rudeness to my scared and special...

The customer service at this location is terrible. The staff are more concerned with talking to each other than helping out customers. Additionally, when asked to remove the security tag off a item I purchased they told me to do it myself. If I could give this location less than one star I would. I will not be returning to this location...

This is one of my favorite stores. I go there mainly for the t-shirts and jewelry. The staff is very friendly. Not to mention, the inside of the store looks really cool. I’ve never seen anything like it! I hope I get to work...
