It’s tiring shopping on line. Sure, there’s more options, but it fails in the feel and touch test. And, it’s tiring shopping at large corporate retail stores whose ethos doesn’t match your own, regardless of their mission statement. Then, there’s Half Moon Outfitters. People who will talk to you, shake your hand, say thanks…and mean it. They’re local, they know their products match the environment you work and play in instead of a cookie cutter approach. Does not carry a large range of shoe sizes unfortunately which is what we came for. I saw they were an authorized retailer for a brand but did not have the size I needed or options. I noticed my husband and I were being followed around the store by a male employee who didn’t say anything to us but kept locking eyes with me. Very uncomfortable experience, will never go back.
