Well I was super excited to get my kids this popsicle kookier thing and it was to be personalized. One of them came out great the other did not. The lady there agreed to redo it real quick while I was there but it came out the same. She said it's the way that font normally looks like. I pointed out that there display one had the same font to which she said "oh that's just a sticker " so I asked if I could just pick a different font but she very rudely said no and that she was just gonna give me my money back. I asked if I could just pay for a new one since I didn't want to give my son one and not my daughter but she stated that they would not personalize it for me. So I asked to please return both since I'm obviously not getting my point across that I'm not gonna tell my 7 year old " hey your brother is getting a koozie but you are not". She would not return both. So now I'm sitting in the car with a very upset little girl because this lady would not let me buy her one. Thanks lady for your "awesome " costumer service. This was my first and last time using your services. I had heard bad things about the rudeness and lack of costumer service but still decided to give the shop a try we'll never again. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWalked out after hearing how owner spoke to another customer and the unwelcoming environment. I was not greeted and an associate seemed irritated that I even came into the store. Another customer was informing an associate that she was unhappy with the work performed and associate rolled her eyes and walked off to get the owner. The owner came out yelling, not allowing customer to talk, extremely defensive and even cussing! The customer asked the owner to stop using profanity and the owner responded that this was her store and she could talk anyway and do anything she wanted to. Customer was almost shoulder checked leaving the store!! As I was inquiring about a product, associate interrupted and said they are about to close and gave me the hours for the following day. Unbelievable experience and I will never return. My hope is that a pleasant shop would grace the Cane Bay community to replace this one.
