Father's Day Breakfast for 4 We were in South Carolina for a family event when my family surprised me with breakfast at Eggs Up Grill. As we pulled in, we noticed a large shared parking lot, so finding a spot was quick and easy. We made our way over, and Wifey let the host know we preferred a table for four—of course, we were hoping to sit outside. The host mentioned there’d be about a 25-minute wait for outdoor seating. Wifey gave her phone number to get the text notification, and we decided to wait it out just outside the entrance. About 20 minutes later, the host came back out calling names. At first, she said there were still three or four parties ahead of us, but then paused and asked, “Are you waiting for outside seating? Because we actually have a table ready now.” It threw us off a little since that’s what we’d originally asked for—but we didn’t make a big deal of it. We followed her to the outdoor area, which was a mix of picnic tables with umbrellas and additional seating under a large tent. It looked like they added extra tables outside for Father’s Day. We picked a nice sized table under the tent. As soon as we sat down, menus were brought over. We glanced through them quickly and placed our drink orders. The menu had a ton of options, with something for everyone. They even had a small section of specialty coffees. I ordered a hot Cafe Mocha, and Wifey went with a regular coffee and the girls ordered a couple of juices. For our entrĂ©es, Wifey and I both went with the CrĂšme BrĂ»lĂ©e French Toast. Our oldest daughter chose the Caramel Apple Crisp pancakes with a side of bacon, and our youngest decided to build her own plate: scrambled eggs, grits, bacon, and toast. Despite the Father’s Day crowd, the food came out surprisingly fast. Everything looked great—and tasted even better. We all dove in so quickly that I ended up taking pictures of our food after everyone had already started picking at their plates. Everyone was really happy with what they ordered. Our oldest described her pancakes as “delectable.” đŸ˜‚đŸ€Ł This was a great choice for a late breakfast and made the start of my Father’s Day morning feel extra special.

Update 11-5-24 Everything was perfectly prepared!!! And early morning service was with a smile. Thanks to your entire team!!!

Inconsistently prepared menu items

UPDATE SUNDAY 3-3-24:

I have been coming here since they opened and have had some off experiences with my ordered but always exceptional service, that is until today. I am consistent with my Grand Classic and the how I pay extra to have it prepared with the options listed on the menu. I called in placed my order as I do, drove to pick it up, she gave it to me and assured me everything was correct. Since the bag was tied I trusted that it was. Upon my arrival back to my home, kicking off my shoes, my order was wrong. I called back immediately because the gave me bacon instead of the sausage links that I ordered. The only resolution given was to get in my car and drive back for what I ordered and paid for. There was nothing given or offered for the customer inconvenience. The customer service experience that I mentioned was she proceeded to tell me the breakfast I ordered "comes with" bacon and sausage. As if it were my fault, that she got mynorder incorrect; although, I specifically said sausage patties and links and this is my normal go to order. The Grand Classic is $11.99; I ordered and paid for my modifications, she charged me $18.69, certainly this is not a "come with" order. She continued to ask me "does it say that online" I said yes, it allows you to chose what meats you want. Before I allowed someone to ruin my Sunday morning, I just said I'll address my concern in a review and she said ok. I'm attaching pics of the online options so it can be seen that bacon/sausage are not the only way this...

Wed. Jan 25th. 9am walked in about 8 tables taken up of the roughly 20 tables. couple people sitting at the bar. was seated immediately and Natasha greeted us right away. took drink order and returned with 2 hot coffees. we looked over menu. I ordered Texas Farmhouse omelet, Biscuits and gravy, side of fruit. wife got coastal crab cake Benedict and side of corned beef hash. total bill was $62.85 before military discount. Natasha was attentive without being overbearing. kept coffee filled. checked multiple times to see if everything was ok. end of the meal she brought coffee to go. and verified the check coffee was hot. and delicious. dark blend. crab cake was good. not outstanding. egg was a bit overcooked. for my preference. real crab meat not artificial. home fries were perfectly prepared. right amount of topping wasn't overloaded and didn't skimp. busicuts and gravy were really good. biscuits thinner than I ordered but steak tasted great. really enjoyed the gravy. corned beef hash was crispy on the outside and perfect soft on inside. atmosphere was definitely friendly. soft music playing but not loud to drowned out conversation. people were being taken care of promptly and overall staff appeared to be happy to be at work and enjoyed what they were doing. can't say enough about the overall experience. first visit....
