Real talk: these ancient townhome walls have zero sound insulation, turning every footstep, or convo into a surround-sound symphony. We even hooked management up with revised architectural drawings showing exactly where insulation could squeeze in without messing with the pipes (their initial excuse), but nope – owner shut it down flat. "Not happening," they said. And now? They're requesting video footage to capture sounds inside the apartment – like, sure, I'll just film my daily life to prove the noise exists. Oh, and don't get me started on the landscaping crew violating the noise ordinance (which kicks in at 8am) by firing up a metal grinder in the driveway nearly an hour early – because who doesn't love a pre-dawn industrial concert? Meanwhile, flooding's a whole saga around here, especially in the garages during storms. One neighbor's electric vehicle got totally wrecked and totaled – talk about a shocking surprise! Management's got the detective vibes down, and those pet perks on the horizon are cool, but addressing the basics like noise and water woes would level up this endless entertainment...

Update: Buyer beware of aprtment 12a! Its beautiful and turns over a lot due to the most inconsiderate neighbor. The constant stench of pot smoke (inside the apartment too!) and if you complain they will harass you to the point that you can only move out. Management won’t stand up to their horrible behavior and you (and your guests) won’t be able to enter either door of the apartment without being a part of their creepy surveillance system.

I’m leaving my beautiful end-unit townhome apartment because management allows my next door neighbor to spy on the common space (including both of my doors) with their cameras. The same neighbor is also using their cameras to take pictures of my dog and to complain about slight infractions of the leash rule (especially don't bring your dog!). Just wanted to say thank you to Chris the maintenance manager at Manley Court. He is professional and has resolved a few maintenance issues promptly over the last year. One issue involved a backordered part and he checked in regularly to give us updates. Always stops to say hello to our dog when we are walking around the property. He called us to let us know we left the garage door open when he saw it open overnight when we were away a few days. Manley Court - You have a great guy...
