We even hooked management up with revised architectural drawings showing exactly where insulation could squeeze in without messing with the pipes (their initial excuse), but nope – owner shut it down flat. "Not happening," they said. And now? They're requesting video footage to capture sounds inside the apartment – like, sure, I'll just film my daily life to prove the noise exists. Oh, and don't get me started on the landscaping crew violating the noise ordinance (which kicks in at 8am) by firing up a metal grinder in the driveway nearly an hour early – because who doesn't love a pre-dawn industrial concert? Meanwhile, flooding's a whole saga around here, especially in the garages during storms. One neighbor's electric vehicle got totally wrecked and totaled – talk about a shocking surprise! Read moreUpdate: Buyer beware of aprtment 12a! Its beautiful and turns over a lot due to the most inconsiderate neighbor. The constant stench of pot smoke (inside the apartment too!) and if you complain they will harass you to the point that you can only move out. Management won’t stand up to their horrible behavior and you (and your guests) won’t be able to enter either door of the apartment without being a part of their creepy surveillance system.
I’m leaving my beautiful end-unit townhome apartment because management allows my next door neighbor to spy on the common space (including both of my doors) with their cameras. The same neighbor is also using their cameras to take pictures of my dog and to complain about slight infractions of the leash rule (especially don't bring your dog!). One issue involved a backordered part and he checked in regularly to give us updates. Always stops to say hello to our dog when we are walking around the property.
