the week during Christmas - I turned in my Xbox Series X to get repaired since it had an HDMI port issue. A week later I get it back paying the full $200. but I notice I didn’t have the original power cord (already attached to my xbox when given. I would’ve disconnected if not needed) that I gave one of the employees. When asking for a replacement, it took a bit of time but they have me a very short one as a replacement, not nearly as long for a comfortable set up. The next day I wanted to plug it up and then noticed that I didn’t have the Xbox series circular BASE STAND that is NEEDED if you wanted to keep it vertical. I called them up again explaining it all, and the coworker said he put it in “my” notes and call me later. I waited a few days, called on a Saturday, and they said that the Columbia manager was there and they will look for it at their repair office in Columbia. A wait another few days, and another call took place and an employee said that the manager couldn’t find it. I asked 1. Why wasn’t my part labeled with my console with my name? How did it get lost or misplaced? 2. Can I be reimbursed for at least a replacement base stand ($70)? I can order it , fine- but I shouldn’t be the one to pay for it. I was left with little answers and no one has called me back after saying they would. And now, since my Xbox is horizontal (which is fine) my hdmi port has been finicky. I just sent it to them 2 weeks ago to get repaired. I should’ve payed the extra $100 for Microsoft because this is just unprofessional. I genuinely I can’t believe the amount of time I’ve wasted waiting. Photo shows leaning downward hdmi port and bottom of the Xbox where the base is simply clipped in.

I just had to visit CPR today as a returning customer and I have to say, I highly recommend this store for any repair needs. Ethan Proctor troubleshot my issues and solved them easily but it was his professionalism on multiple levels that made me publicly commend him for his expertise. CPR has a great technician!!! He has a bright future ahead of him!! Thank you CPR and Ethan Proctor!

This review is mainly based on communication. I called on a Wednesday about a part for my phone. Was told I had to come in a pay half up front before they would order it. I got right up there and paid $100 up front. After paying I asked how long it would take for the part to come in. I was told I should be in within 2 days which would be Friday, no later than Saturday. I gave him my number and was told we will call when comes in. A week later (that following Wednesday) I still hadn’t received a call so I decided to call and follow up. Same gentlemen from the first visit answered and told me the part had not come in. I explained that originally he told me 2 days and it had been a week. His response was “sometimes this happens”. The next day I called to check again and a different guy answered and told me that the part was in the day before and they tried to call me a few times. When asked what number he had, he called I gave the wrong number. So I’m even More aggravated at this point. He told me I could come in and he would get right on it and to give him about an hr. When I walked in the store smelled like someone had been in the back smoking weed. Even another customer mumbled to herself about it and then walked out. When I come back the phone is done as stated but then he proceeded to tell me that during the process my screen protector came off and got dirt on it so I had to buy another one. There was nothing wrong with mine and he didn’t offer to discount it or anything. Communication goes along way. If they would have told me from the start “it’s possible the screen protector could get messed up” , atleast I wouldn’t have been blind sided. Then if they would have let me know Friday that the part hadn’t come in and just called to keep me informed, it wouldn’t have been so bad. As far as the parts being replaced, they did what they said and In the time they said so no issue there. Also I have nothing against smoking weed but don’t do it at a work place where customers...

I purchased a screen earlier this year because mine was broken. It was repaired by the lady with the foreign accent. The second time I brought it in to be fixed after the first repair did not work. That screen was already damaged, but I left it alone. As a result of her shotty work, the next screen ended up popping out of the phone. I brought it back for warranty repair which they said I damaged it and dropped it. I did not! Then they damaged a logic board which removed Face ID in adjusting of the screen brightness. The dark skin the owner stated that he would send it off to Myrtle Beach South Carolina to be fixed, however, it was sent to Columbia where they had just a run-of-the-mill person ““ fix it, currently the phone works, the screen has a ton of bleedthrough with colors and Face ID does not work. It is completely unavailable. I have been screamed at and yelled at by both of the owners this evening. I highly do not recommend this company at all and I am going to do everything. I possibly can to get a refund for my screen and make sure they can no longer do business in South Carolina within the...
