So this place doesn’t have authentic Mexican food at all, it caters to the locals who aren’t fans of spices or seasonings. For some reason they add ground beef on top of their very small tamales, and their chile relleno isn’t even a chile relleno. It’s a bell pepper strip in a blob of cheese. I hope they know the Spanish for chile relleno translated to “ stuffed pepper”. Enchiladas didn’t even melt the cheese and regular red salsa tasted like pizza sauce. BUT, here me out, it’s not all that bad. The “ spicy salsa” from the back of you ask is made from habaneros and has a kick and flavor. Also their queso dip is some of the best on the east coast, and the service is amazing every time I come. A place worth tipping! The reason I’m giving a 3 instead of a 2 star for the food quality, is the prices. Some how this hidden gem has defied inflation. The prices are insanely cheap. I don’t know how they do it. 3 enchiladas were 7.50 and a “ fake” tamal was 2.75. Cheese quesadillas was 2.99. That’s cheaper than crappy Taco Bell’s, and this one tasted better! So if you’re looking for an affordable place that’ll fill you up with a nice environment and great service, but mid food, then this is the place. This is 2025 but the prices feel like a decade Time Machine into the past. Keep it up Yucatan!

We moved to the area from Texas and have been in search of a decent Mexican restaurant. This place came recommended to us so we tried it out. Firstly, I realize we’re not in Texas and take that into account but what I received for my lunch is completely unacceptable to anyone’s standards. I ordered a Tostada with rice and a Taco. Not difficult at all! The picture included shows what I received, minus the Taco that was on a separate plate. I ate some of the rice and a few bites of the taco, it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. The taco only had meat and cheese on it. I don’t know anyone who would find the “tostada” appetizing or could even stomach eating it so it went untouched. As for the service, it was okay. Our server checked on us and refilled our drinks but my husband asked for salsa verde and the guy acted like he didn’t want to give it to him. Made a comment about it being “too spicy” and brought something back that was green about 8 minutes later. It was definitely not any salsa verde we have had before and not at all spicy, it was overwhelmingly citrusy. So disappointed.

Some of our church youth and adults come here every Wednesday night after church. They graciously serve our big group even though it's close to closing time. Food is always great, easy going atmosphere. Fun to celebrate a birthday here =) Very kid friendly. TVs to watch whatever if you want. Parking lot has plenty of space, is wheelchair accessible, tables are accessible. Bathroom has large bathroom to accommodate a wheelchair but tight squeeze to get in the door to the large stall. Sink and soap would be accessible but paper towel dispenser is on other side of second sink and I don't think the wheelchair could get to that area. Pork Flautas (ask for pork carnita meat, beef and chicken are only mentioned options) are my go to dish. But I recently tried the fried whole tilapia with corn tortillas and condiments.....delicious! Enough meat to share for sure. Fun presentation =) Kids' meals are perfect portion. Other favorites are shrimp tacos, chicken quesadilla, Carne asada fries (off menu creation).

The food is good, pretty amazing!!! Service is friendly never had anything bad to say until yesterday 7/31/21 My order was pretty simple Quesadilla Rellena steak and cheese only NO peppers no onions no sour cream, another Quesadilla Rellena with chicken and steak mix no peppers no onions no sour cream , I placed the order around 9:20pm I DIDNT check it at the restaurant because it’s so simple and never had issues w/ my order there, I get home and find four quesadillas with steak, peppers and onions... I called to speak with someone about the issue but no answer considering it was after 10pm and they close at 10pm... I called today 8/1/21 I spoke with a manager name unknown told him the issues explained that the food was UNTOUCHED and still the same as when I picked up just lifted it to check if it was correct... all I asked was could it be remade his reply was NO we don’t do that only same day , I explained that it was late, I was one of the last few people there and when I got home I called but no answer his reply was we stay here late, I said I can show you my call log where I called and I got no answer, he then said no refund!!! I said bro I don’t want a refund just want it remade simple as that! We exchanged words and that was the end of the conversation CHECK YOUR TOGO ORDERS before leaving this place even if it’s tied up!!!! Food is good but just check your ordered because se if you leave and have an issues it probably won’t...

This was our first and last time eating here!!! After waiting 20 minutes after being seated.... My family and I were finally acknowledged.. Only after requesting to speak to a manager. (Who never announced himself as the manager but was the one who brought chips) sheet another 20 minutes... Someone finally came over to get our drink order. Once we got our drinks and made our order the same guy brought me my fajitas... That were not sizzling when they came out....I allowed him to set them on the table while I waited about five minutes for him to bring my tortillas. Once he finally brought them ..I had to request quac,sc and cheese.... By this time someone else's order of fajitas was on the way out sizzling right past me...I pulled the guy over who turned out to be the manager... Just to confirm if that's how my food should've come out. He confirmed and said that I could've sent it back.... I said... But you know... That's how my food should've came out.... And as the manager.. You still chose to bring them out like that... And because I didn't say anything while I continued to wait in the rest of my order you thought it was ok to give me my food knowing it had just been sitting in the kitchen... Very bad customer service and because of that we will not be going back. . Find a different manager... Chris is not good...
