I was not going to share my experience. I entered this site for schedule information. In reading the reading the reviews, I noticed that the only response given by Greyhound was to the 5 star review. The statistics show that bad news travels much faster and more frequently than good news. One would think that any business...particularly one that deals with the public would offer great customer service to ALL patrons. I too was a patron of your service; you were not attentive...not speaking when you came from the back room, I spoke...then you spoke, even then you, apparently the husband did not say anything to me. I then asked should I sit and wait until you're open? I have discussed my experience with numerous others. I also feel that some should not be in the people business unless one has a like for people, communication, or inter personal relationship skills. A thought as to why some maybe treated differently is based upon a personal analysis of customers. If so, this would be very interesting as the ticket prices are the same to the same destination. To reiterate what I said previoulsy; I would not have written this review had all reviews gotten a response. After a mix up with a family member's ticket on her trip to Sumter we wanted to verify that her ticket was still valid because online it advised us to speak to a representative. Since we were near by we stopped in. The representative at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. After explaining the mix up and what brought us in she told me "hush" and put her finger up. She proceeded to say, "you talk too fast and too much." At this time I told her she is being extremely rude and disrespectful to a paying customer and that we did not need her assistance.
