Fatburger — Restaurant in Arizona

This pace gave me the sloppiest burgers I have ever had from Fatburger … The young lady that took my order was very pleasant to interact with and boy, boy, boy - her nails were so perfectly manicured ! However, when I got home and looked at my two combo meals which where $15/each for 2 turkey burger combos I was so upset! I drove all the way from Chandler to the casino because my wife had a craving- just to be let down ! They really should be ashamed of themselves! I love Fatburger but I will NEVER go there again unless for a refund, unless they hire new COOKS ! Absolutely detestable! I only have one star because at least I got napkins and I guess I’ll add a second star for the young lady that took my order ! I hardly ever leave a bad review- this is maybe the third one in my entire 40+ years of living ! Hopefully no one else has to...

I had high hopes eating here. The last time I was in Phoenix I ate at a location that is no longer around. The service there was awesome. The staff at that location was extremely friendly. They smiled when you walked in the door and they walked you through their menu as far as burger sizes and Etc.

The girl beyond the counter at this location was not friendly at all. My bun was stale and hard.My Sierra mist was disgusting (they may need to check the lines). I was hoping for the same experience that i had before and I was let down. For the price of the food and my experience I could have spent less of my money elsewhere for a better experience. I Love Fatburger. The reason Arizona doesn't have any is because of their locations. The one in Gilbert was in shopping mall strip so people didn't know it was there and the one in downtown Tempe was impossible to get to. If they'd build a freestanding store, with a possible drive through, the store would flourish. I don't know if that goes against their model but they need to try it.
