I found an item online that was 75% off and called this store to see if they have it in-stock and if they would honor the online price. The lady on the phone said they would honor the price and I just had to bring a print out of the online price which I did. I verified with the lady on the phone twice to ensure they would honor the price because the store was far from me. She confirmed they would. When I arrived the acting manager said they do not honor online prices and she checked with the owner too and he said no as well. I drove an hour and half to secure this item and despite being promised that they would honor it they refused. The manager said the person who promised me over the phone had gone home for the day and she didn’t have authorization to say that. Not very service oriented. I took my package to a "real" post office where I got a receipt. Years ago I also left with my package because they asked what was in my package, whereas the real post office simply asked if I had liquid, dangerous items and such. I won't go back to mail...
