On April 11, 2025, during the evening hours between 9:00 PM and 9:50 PM, I made my way to the KFC located on N Nellis Blvd, eager to indulge in some comfort food while taking advantage of an enticing promotion the restaurant was offering. As I entered the establishment, I was greeted by the familiar aroma of fried chicken and the bustling sounds of the kitchen, accompanied by the chatter of other customers.
After placing several separate orders, I anticipated a straightforward interaction with the staff. However, my experience took an unexpected turn when a Hispanic male employee approached me and began conversing in Spanish. Although I appreciated the linguistic diversity, I felt a profound sense of discomfort and confusion, prompting me to express that many individuals, particularly from Asian backgrounds, do not speak Spanish in America.
Seeking to bridge the communication gap, I politely asked him if he spoke English. With a resigned shake of his head, he confirmed that he did not. This revelation struck me as troubling; in my view, proficiency in English should be a fundamental requirement for employees working in fast food chains across the United States, where English functions as a vital means of communication in a multicultural setting.
As I observed my surroundings, it became evident that the team at this KFC primarily consisted of Hispanic individuals, leaving me feeling disconnected and isolated as a non-Hispanic customer. From a broader perspective, I believe it is essential for businesses, especially those in customer-facing roles, to foster a diverse workforce that promotes inclusivity and effective communication.
The atmosphere grew increasingly tense as I could overhear snippets of conversation in Spanish, which left me wondering what was being discussed, perhaps even about me, in a language I did not understand. This added layer of uncertainty further compounded my discomfort during an evening that I had hoped would be filled with enjoyment. My visit served as an unsettling reminder of the importance of effective communication and the need for inclusivity in customer service, ultimately leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with...
Read moreThis is my second review with zero Stars about this KFC on the corner of Nellis and Lake Mead! Coby the cashier that took our order he never smiled not one time did not welcome us into KFC! then when we get our order did not give us any napkins or condiments mind you we spent $40 at this KFC! Also we ordered strawberry lemonade instead of Coby filling up the bucket container for the soda he's going to give it to my husband when the strawberry lemonade is behind the counter. Which means Kobe did not listen to the customer and give the customer what they ask for! this time I'm calling corporate on this KFC. They need to close it down or retrain this KFC team with customer service. Because at this KFC they don't have customer service. Don't waste your time on your money will be disappointed! Management of this KFC why do you allow your employees to disrespect your customers? 🚨🚨🚨Update 3rd review🚨🚨🚨 maybe they don't give a f about reviews, but Manager Laura has two other workers & she's the only one taking money full order🤔 why? Damn I hate driving all the way on the other side of Vegas for KFC, but that's what I will have to do to get...

I haven’t ate KFC in prolly 15 years. When I heard a YouTuber say KFC has the KOREAN BBQ chicken sandwich and it was a 10/10 (dayum drops). I had to try it…..
Idk it’s something about KFC seasoning and crispy game is some of the best in the world. I only started back eating these kinds of fast foods because even store bought food is not as healthier compared to home cooking anymore these days.
The chicken was crispy battered, juicy tender chicken….packs more flavor than actual sandwich size
The. Korean bbq is def not the bulgogi flavor but if yu love those kinds of flavors this was very good still. I liked it a lot.
Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich was a 5/5
FRIES WERE HANDED FROM-THE CLOUDS like a gift from GOOD LORD HIMSELF. 5/5
