We've been ordering from this location since we moved to this neighborhood, every couple weeks or so. Each time, there has been an error with our order, usually someone's entree missing or an appetizer. Each time, we've called and been treated like we were the problem, and then received the item we already paid for the next time, because they refuse to do refunds, even if they don't give you your food. It was really wearing on my husband's patience, but I'm pregnant and NEED Chinese food sometimes. 😂 This last time, we ordered and were told the food would be here in under an hour. After 2 hours, I called and asked if the order had left for delivery yet. I was told no, they were too backed up. I asked for a refund, and the story changed- my food had left over an hour prior, but no eta. The man I spoke to told me other people were calling and complaining that they had waited even longer than I had. I don't know why he thought that would make me feel better. I told him I needed to feed my family, it was a school night, and we didn't want cold food anyways. He told me my order was priority and it would be there in a few minutes. He told me they would refund or remake it if it was cold. I really just wanted the refund, but if it was going to be a few minutes, fine. It wasn't. It was hours, the food was inedible, soggy, wet, and cold, and they were closed when I called back. I called back today and explained, and they told me no refunds. I told them I would be ok with them replacing my order since no one got to eat it, but they refused. They offered me free eggrolls, and I explained that wasn't what I agreed to. They told me I should have called the same day. I told them I called before the order arrived, and that when I received the order, no one picked up because they were closed. I was super calm and patient, as I don't want to anger people who make my food, but they hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager, and after the same conversation, they hung up too. I can't believe how unprofessional and unethical they were. Please take your business elsewhere. If they're willing to steal from customers, who knows what else they're doing to...
Read moreI’ve been going to this place for a few years now, but up until today, I had a bad experience. For one they changed the staff. I called for a take out order party tray, with half chow mein and half beef and broccoli. And with a side of fried rice. I repeat my order a few time’s because I can hear the guy taking my order is having a hard time understanding (that’s ok, I was polite and clearly repeated my order.) I arrive and already the guy at the cash register is in a bad mood. I ask for my order and he throws it in a rude manner. Then I ask for some hot sauce. And he gives it to me with the same attitude as before. When I get to my house I find out that they had messed up my order. ( I should have checked before paying, but I trusted these guys). The party tray had half beef and broccoli, and half fried rice, and a side of fried rice. Clearly, they misunderstood me. I call back and they tell me they can’t do anything. Not even a discount on another order I was trying to make. The person I was talking to was translating to somebody else, and I could hear laughter coming from the background (in all honestly they could have been laughing at something unrelated, but who knows. I don’t speak mandarin.) honestly, it was a bad experience and they should really get somebody that can actually understand English. Anyways the food is ok. It’s regular cheap fast food, but the customer service...
Read moreThe only two things I can say was good about this place is #1service and #2 steamed rice was fluffy and not dry. The entrees on the other hand were TERRIBLE. I ordered the salt and pepper fried pork chops, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and crab ragoo. If you like any of those things do not order here. I am half asian and I grew up eating Chinese food my whole life and I know good Chinese food. I ordered right at the restaurant and waited for my food to be ready. The teriyaki chicken bland, no flavor. It was like boiled chicken and the teriyaki sauce was like a pool of water at the bottom of the box with a few vegetables swimming in it. The chicken had no char and the sauce was not a semi thick consistency like teriyaki sauce should be. The orange chicken came in a plastic container with no ventilation to keep it crispy and the chicken had a terrible flavor taste old and was soggy. That is not orange chicken. The salt and pepper pork chops were also soggy and we're fried with hardly any seasoning on it. That item was actually on the chef's special menu but it was ESPECIALLY NASTY. I had to season it myself with a little salt and pepper to at least TRY to enjoy it. The crab ragoo was just okay.THIS IS NOT CHINESE FOOD. I'm sure if they tasted the food they would have thought the same! I wasted my hard earned money here for sure. Go somewhere else for good quality...
